False description - I do not have a problem with the transportation company that performed the service however, I have a problem with Trip Advisor. I booked the trip back to the airport on their site and called and confirmed with a representative because I was struggling with the information showing up in the request. I was advised we were confirmed after paying $150 USD for a 40 minute trip to the airport. Raul, the driver was very nice. I had to call the number that I finally located in my email request and he was unaware of the pick up. I then had to text the company copies of the Tripadvisor confirmation. There were not drinks or water provided as was in the description. Thankfully, I booked an earlier time that left wiggle room for us to get to the airport. I will not be booking a shuttle again through this site.
