Shuttle from and to airport - They took our group of fifteen from the airport to our resort, and back to the airport a week later. We had seven kids in our group, and two of them were babies. They provided two car seats and numerous booster seats. The driver handled all the luggage. He was on time at both origins. Highly recommend.

Provided great timely service - Cabo Shuttle provided our round trip transportation from airport to hotel and back with no issues whatsoever. They were on time, the transit van was clean and the drivers helpful and friendly. Exactly what they are contracted to do.

Great company - This is the second time we have used this company. They make it so easy and have great communication. The drivers are also always so nice and courteous.

CABO Family Trip - The service was excellent. They were professional, courteous and most of all on time for both our arrival and departure times.

Exactly what we asked for! - Got exactly what was advertised. Great drivers both directions, don’t remember the gentleman’s name that took us to our hotel but he was fantastic, Escobar took us back to the airport and was wonderful as well. Cold drinks were on ice and the drive was very pleasant. Pick ups were both on time and seamless. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use this service next time we are in Cabo. Thanks again!!

Van service - The only issue was they said they would track our plane for any delays. Our plane into Cabo was delayed over 1.5 hours and our driver was not there and we had to wait a bit. Other than that Great service. The same driver picked us up and dropped us back off at airport at end of our trip, which I liked.

Rude driver - poor service - On our return trip from Cabo to the airport, we had a 2:00 pickup. My wife wasn’t feeling well and moving slow. The driver called me at 1:55 telling me we needed to be out now. I let him know about my wife and family and they would be out within the allotted 10mins. My daughter forgot a toy and she went to get it. The driver told me he would not wait and at 2:11, when my family showed up, he left. I received an email that we were more than 15 mins late and thus a “no-show”. They left us stuck with no transportation and a very rude legal style email message saying no refund. Very poor customer service and totally uncaring. Definitely would not book again.

lesson well taught - RT shuttle SJD airport to Tesoro in Cabo. Very disorganized outfit. Drivers were unhappy with .20 tips provided and demanded more. Won't happen again
