Great introduction to Tuscan cooking - This was a great introduction to Italian cooking. It covers not only the recipes but place a lot of emphasis on the technique of making the dishes. We also learned about the history of the dishes and local variations. Very informative and enjoyable.

True bucket list experience - What an experience to remember for the rest of our lives. Cooking classes in Tuscany was on our bucket list and Giacomo & Cristian lead an amazing class. We made tiramisu, picci and pappardelle all with local ingredients from Montepulciano. Learning about the Montepulciano wines, how to find high quality ingredients and deep dives on eggs and flour was so fun and educational for us from such a talented team. Giacomo is a sommelier so it was so fun to learn in depth about the wines as well.

Amazing experience with personal touch! - We signed up for a cooking class during our trip to Montepulciano, and we’re so happy about it! Giacomo and Cristiana are incredibly knowledgeable, with so much culinary and wine experience. They keep the classes small, which gives the experience a personal touch, and they’re always friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated their emphasis on ingredients, everything is as local and high quality as possible.

Great Tuscan experience - A great way to spend a morning in Tuscany! Giacomo was great and it was a lot of fun making pasta & tiramisu. Everything was very clean and organized. Our only disappointment is that we weren’t involved in the making of the sauces, just the pasta itself. But we make pasta at home often & still learned a few tips!

Can’t-miss experience! - This was an amazing experience!! Chef Giacomo did an excellent job teaching us how to make pappardelle, pici, and tiramisu. We then got to eat what we made - Chef and his team cooked us two different dishes. This is a can’t-miss experience!

Learning the Tuscan way - Giacomo and Christiana were excellent task masters as they led us through the process of creating individual Tiramisus and two traditional pastas. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the dishes turned out. Along with Giacomo’s wine pairings, it was an outstanding culinary adventure.
