Super leadership of very competent young lady - Absolutely recommend!
Francesca was extremely competent and impressed with deep expertise in animal husbandry, vegetable growing and food production. Such in-depth insights into the origin of the products are rarely found on Foodtours – a real stroke of luck! In addition, her English is excellent. Great respect for this achievement, an absolute highlight!

A Bite of Sardinia-n Paradise - This is an absolute must the entire experience made our trip to Sardinia phenomenal. Vincenzo is super informative with Sardinia history and culture, but expanded to teach us about all of Italy’s history. Vincenzo was very personable and made us felt welcome. We exchanged personal stories about where we grew up and our backgrounds. The food was spectacular and I couldn’t pinpoint a favorite spot, but come hungry and be ready to enjoy. It was nice trying local Sardinia food.

Vincenzo is an excellent guide! - We had an excellent food tour with Vincenzo in Sardinia. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and relaxed. His passion for Sardinian food and culture really showed at every stop, and we learned so much while enjoying amazing local dishes. Highly recommend this tour with Vincenzo—it was one of the highlights of our trip!

A pleasant experience from all points of view, not just the gastronomic one. - I really loved this gastronomic tour, not only for the goodness and quality of the dishes, which I really enjoyed, but also for the company of Vincenzo, he is a friendly person, easygoing, and with whom I had a lot of pleasure to converse during the tour. Vincenzo decorated the tour with interesting descriptions of the dishes and places we visited, making the experience unique and exclusive. I recommend anyone to try this tour!!

Excellent food tour in Cagliari - We had a unique food tour experience with Vincenzo, our Food Local Expert, he was really knowledgeable, lovable and a great storyteller. We enjoyed a 3-hour walk in Cagliari's Marina district listening to interesting historical information about monuments and buildings, tasting extraordinary food and enjoying the atmosphere of the city with the locals. The food portions were really hearty, traditional desserts, cheeses, cold cuts, empanadas (brisé pasta stuffed with vegetables, meat or other flavors), homemade chips, 3 different types of pasta, pizza and a coffee in a historic cafe. We learned many fascinating things about how the food we ate was prepared. I highly recommend Vincenzo and his food tour.

An abundant food tour w fabulous Vincenzo! - We loved our Sunday afternoon 3 hour food tour throughout Cagliari! 5 stops! Cookies, wine w a massive platter of meats, cheeses, savory pastries w yummy bread, 3 types of pasta, cafe then a pizzette! A massive amount of food, well worth the price of admission. Some of the places were not crowded and very cozy and some lively w a very attentive staff. But the highlight of our tour was absolutely our guide. Vincenzo was exceptional. He spent so much time talking to us about local food and culture, offered restaurant suggestions and answered all our questions! Grazie Vincenzo for an outstanding tour!

Delicious and fun. This food tour is a fun and informative way to understand and taste a range of Sardinian food. - Francesca showed us a wonderful range of local foods and small family owned restaurants. Highly recommend doing this tour. From biscuits, cheeses, cured meats, savoury pastries to pastas, pizza and coffee.
