Fantastic cooking class! - We were on a cruise and wanted to do something hands on instead of just aimlessly walking around the island. At Damiano’s class we learned how to make local culurgiones. Super tasty and Damiano showed us how to serve them , with both olive oil drizzle as well as simple marinara. He also had traditional Sardinian cheese for us to try and local bread. Class was well organized with pasta stations and supplies already set up. Very authentic experience and is just what we wanted. Highly recommend!

10/10 Pasta Class - An amazing intimate moment with 3 other couples where we gather around a table to create our pasta and also enjoy a few bites along the way. Ultimately we created one pasta done 2 ways and each bite was FANTASTIC!

Authentic culurgiones class in Cagliari with Dom—amazing host, hands-on, cultural, and truly unforgettable! - I had the most incredible experience taking a culurgiones cooking class in Cagliari! The class was held in the hosts home, which made it feel so warm, welcoming, and truly authentic. Dom was not only a fantastic teacher but also a wonderful host—sharing stories about Sardinian culture, family traditions, and the meaning behind each ingredient. Learning to fold culurgiones the traditional way was both fun and rewarding, and both of the final dishes were absolutely delicious. This wasn’t just a cooking class—it was a genuine cultural experience. I left with new skills, great memories, and a deep appreciation for Sardinian hospitality. Highly recommend!
