Unforgettable visit of the koala&Creatures - The ticket support 5 days review. The location is convenient to come and it provides koala photo program. Therefore, I think here is really a good must-visit place if you want to take a photo with koala in city. Beside it, the employees here are very friendly and enthusiastic. They can speak many languages like Japanese, Chinese and so on. Parrots are also very active here and I guess these parrots are cared very well.

Great service - People are super nice here! They took the time and effort to introduce their 3 adorable koalas and answers all my questions about the Koala they have. The photo shooting instruction is clear and the session is well organized. The photo came out amazing!

Milly the Koala - Staff were very welcoming and attentive to their Koalas, the 3 girls and baby koala are in very good hands, and a shout out to the team for keeping my photo for the day as I couldn't take at the time. An experience to remember

Four very satisfied travelers from Massachusetts, USA - Four from Massachusetts, USA, could not pass up the chance to hold a Koala. We felt the conditions and treatment of these wonderful showed much care and love is given to the 3 ladies (1 we were able to hold). We then were allowed to take pictures of them in there trees, they were separated from us at that point, which actually meant they moved around so we got some additional nice pictures. The staff were great, Daphne was wonderful and set us up to view a very interesting short film about Australia and the evolution of the land and animals. We all felt it was time well spent and we have the option to return for a visit (no holding or picture with one) for the next 5 days!

Hugging Milley Koalas - This tour was good with a couple Fish, Snakes, Lizards, Birds and Koalas. The Koalas are so cute. We had a short briefing and went into the encloser. The staff where really nice with us but once the stuff put the koala in our hands they moved to the side only when they where taking the photo, and then they took the koala again. You get overall less then 20 seconds to hold them and pat them before they take the Koala again. It wasn't a nice feeling as we where rushed threw the process and there was no time to spend with the Koala. (It was very quite as we where only 5 people, meaning five photos, so there was no reason for us to be rushed). We paid $69 AU for 1 Adult and 1 Child just to get in and to have one photo, which we think was pretty unfair.

Save your money - Not worth the amount they charge. 10 mins to walk through very small. Only thing the kids enjoy was the water play at the front but can’t say I got my $40 worth. 1 snake, 1 bearded dragon, some fish and birds. Koalas there but have to pay extra if you want to hold them for a photo
