A great and different experience. - The Aquarium tour with Michala was awesome. She was very, very knowledgeable , professional and polite. She ensured that we were all happy and was able to answer all of our questions. The 3 course dinner in the restaurant was AMAZING!!!!! definitely a must do when next in Cairns. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

Tantilizing Twilight Tour. - The guide was absolutely brilliant. So much knowledge and enthusiasm it showed her dedication to the aquatic creatures. The displays and tanks were terrific and to watch the sea life so up close and personal was sensational. The meal afterwards was delicious and delightful. Also to be able to watch the fish while we ate... simply something special.

A Must For Any Cairns Trip!! - This was a lovely experience! Our tour guide Bradley was very knowledgeable, personable, and it was great to see someone be so passionate about the exhibits, conservation and helping people understand how connected we are to marine life, and the respect and care that it deserves. Also with the right amount of humor thrown in there. I don't know what they are paying him but it should be more!!! <3 The aquarium itself it really well designed, starting high above sea level in the freshwater exhibits, and walking through to the darker depths of the ocean- it really helped you understand how everything is connected and visualise where the animals can be found in nature and their parts to play. This aquarium has many impressive and beautiful tanks- the ray/catfish/barramundi tank, the two storey "Drop Off" tank, and the deep sea tunnels with the sharks! I personally really enjoyed how the reef/rock pool exhibit had simulated high and low tides, that's just such a simple and effective thing to do for marine life that helps create a more natural environment for them. Love that. The 3 course dinner at the Dundee restaurant was also great! We had the Crocodile spring rolls and fried haloumi entrees, with the Barramundi and Angus Sirloin mains (so goood) and two well sized desserts! I appreciated how all of the dishes were very quintessential Australian flavours (especially the desserts) whilst still being quite elegant and wonderfully constructed. Our server was Tahnee and she was also very personable and we enjoyed a bit of banter with her between meals. Overall just a great experience, and I would recommend the whole thing to anyone visiting Cairns!!

One of the best holiday experiences - What a fantastic afternoon we had The guided tour was soo good both girls were very knowledgeable and their enthusiasm and love and passion for their work stood out And then the three course meal was absolutely Devine melt in mouth Right up there with one of the best meals I’ve had could not fault any of it 😊

Perfect Way to End the Day - The small group twilight tour was an excellent way to experience the Cairns Aquarium without crowds. Our host Jason was knowledgeable and spoke to many of the exhibits. We also had plenty of time to look at each tank. The dinner that followed at Dundee’s was delicious and the team provided excellent service! Would highly recommend this tour to people who want to go to the aquarium (without any loud or frightened children) and have an excellent meal after!

Lovely aquarium but disappointing - Enjoyed the aquarium tho another tour of young people were right behind us being noisy so would have preferred our tour to be after they close to the public AND to have tables set up in the aquarium (which we were expecting) not simply a meal at the adjoining restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their meals but there’s always one fussy one…which was me,but they did manage to sort me out with something!

Reef experience on land - Id highly recommend the after hours guided tour and dinner,it was a great experience with a knowledgeable guide and lovely dinner with Dundee's

A terrific evening - We really enjoyed our tour under the expert and very enthusiastic guidance of Michaela who does a terrific job to educate visitors about the reef and rainforest. Dinner was a bonus. Beware the helpings are very generous.

Fabulous Activity - Fabulous experience. Daniel, our guide was exceptional - brought the aquarium exhibits to life! The 3 course dinner at Dundees attached to the Aquarium was fabulous. A great event all round!!!
