Must do for wildlife lovers - Highly recommend this tour! Paul has been doing this five days a week for twelve years so he knows the area and the animals inside out. He also has a great sense of humor and rapport with everyone. Please bear in mind Paul runs the tour like clockwork so you can't bend it to your schedule. With all the amazing rainforest and animals we saw, plus binocs, headlamps, hotel pickup, tea and dinner, it was well worth the price.

Paul is so knowledgeable about the wildlife and makes the experience wonderful! 10/10 recommend - Had a wonderful time! Paul is so knowledgeable of the secrets to finding all kinds of critters, and has so much knowledge of the wildlife itself. I saw so much (pademelons, wallabies, Australian rodents, mini and mega bats, platypi, several opossums, geckos, and more)! Paul is also super funny and makes the entire experience enjoyable. Of course, as this is not a private tour, you give up some freedom in terms of how long you’d like to stay at a given location, so don’t expect Paul or the others on the tour to bend to your itinerary. I got some nice photos, and the nocturnal experience was so cool!! We even got to see glowing mushrooms. And the pub we stopped at was wonderful, as well as the company of the others on the tour. 10/10, would very highly recommend.

Great tour! - Great tour of some rainforest paths in the tablelands, which are at higher elevation which helps escape the heat. Multiple stops. A few in daylight then a couple in dark, which our guide, Paul, said was when most native animals can been seen. Saw and learned about plants and animals like wallabies, large bats, bandicoots, pademelon, possums, and the largest strangling fig. And even got a rare sighting of a few platypuses. Paul was very knowledgeable and informative. Lovely tea and dinner breaks. Highly recommend.

Amazing and authentic Rainforest Experience - This tour was fantastic! If you’re looking for an authentic rainforest experience, this is the tour for you. We really got to experience the rainforest while doing some walks and Paul knew everything about the plants, the animals, the origin of the rainforest, it was great. He showed us lots of different animals, we saw possums, forest dragons, pademelons, even a platypus and many more. The rainforest in the Atherton Tablelands is amazing and unique and definitely worth a visit. Paul was so passionate about everything and it made the tour even better. Thanks for an amazing time!

It would be better if Paul spoke with more respect to his clients. - The activity is well paced and we were able to see a number of animals as Paul (the guide) had announced. However, unfortunately he is not very respectful and speaks to his guests in a peremptory and sometimes aggressive manner, especially when he drops them off at their hotel. He seems in such a hurry that he forgets the elementary rules of politeness. This is the first excursion to Australia where we had to experience this kind of attitude. It’s a shame.
