Amazing experience. Meet... - Amazing experience. Meet you right when you land and help thru customs and pick up your bags. They showed us where to get money exchange and if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend. Makes coming thru the airport fast and easy. They make sure every step of the way is taken care of for you

Easy. just book it - English speaking man meets you at the passport control with a sign, you give him $25, he hands you a visa shows it to the officials and you are off to baggage claim. he grabs your bag, fights through customs and puts you in a taxi to your destination. Easy

Amazing taxi drive from Cairo airport - Abdelazez Mouhmed Abdeazez was an amazing driver from Cairo Airport to our hotel. He also show us all interesting spots and historical monuments along the way and provided us drinks for a trip which was very nice gesture.

Fantastic, a true VIP treatment - I booked a meet and greet (Mrs. Donia) + e-visa + private transfer (Mr. Mohamed Imam) to my hotel through Rimo tours (Nada Hassan). This exceeded my expectations. From securing me an e-visa 3 weeks before, to following up with me on flight number and timings a few days before, to confirming with me (via Whatsapp) the name of the assist personnel and the taxi driver contacts as soon as my flight landed, everything was smooth. The assist personnel Mrs. Donia was waiting right outside the immigration with my name on a placard. I met her, and she whisked me through immigration, skipping all the queues, went straight inside an office with my passport and came out with it stamped in 5 mins. I believe this was really quick because I already had an e-visa, which again Rimo tours helped me get one 3 weeks before. It sure would have saved me 45 minutes minimum at the immigration. This really felt like a VIP treatment as Mrs. Donia was able to whisk me straight through skipping all lines. She accompanied me through the exit and introduced me to the taxi driver Mr. Mohamed Imam. Mohamed was very polite, kind, the car was fantastic, and the driving was safe and exceptional. The first few hours are very important to put us at ease in a new country where the language and customs are different. Rimo tours meet and greet assist went out of their way to put me at ease. A perfect transfer! - Thanks to Mohamed Abu Al Yazid who waited for us more than 2 hours because our plane was late. Very well received with a sign from the exit. He took care of our luggage and drove us carefully to our hotel in a very comfortable and clean car.

Definitely worth it. - As an international traveler, i am experienced with airports, passport control, baggage claim, etc., but after 27 hours of travel, it sure was nice to have someone greet me with my name, clearly printed, guide me through the process, show me where to go, and zip me past the lines. It was very smooth. I was through it all, with my bag, into an air conditioned car, on the way to my hotel with a confidant, professional driver who safely delivered me to my hotel. From plane to hotel, the entire experience did not exceed 30 minutes. It was amazing. First trip to Egypt could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you for a very positive experience!

Airport transfer, impeccable hotel - Our plane was late, our driver Michael waited until 1am and waited for us for 4h. He welcomed us with kindness, very helpful always with a smile despite the late hour.
