Agency with super nice top-staff - We left with a French agency (FRAM) that subcontracts the circuit to Triad in Egypt. Initially, I must admit, I was a little worried. But as soon as we arrived in Egypt, we were immediately taken care of, until the last day. A well-established organization. Guides and guides at the top. Ashraf in Cairo, the lady in Alexandria, our guide in Luxor, who allowed us a lot of flexibility and concocted us a tailor-made program initially not planned in our circuit. The hotels live up to what we had booked. If I had one criticism, it would be not to plan a domestic flight in the middle of a day. Our last day was lost at the airports, and scheduled tours were cancelled. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful trip. We'll definitely be back.

Lack of professionalism - Disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the local representative. When we returned, we were entrusted to a person who did not speak French and who obviously did not know where to take us. We had to deal with the steps involved in our departure ourselves. On several occasions during the stay, we also had to actively request essential information, including the return schedule. We therefore question the role of the local representative if travellers must systematically take the steps themselves.

TO FLEE - An unforgettable experience, but in the wrong sense of the word... A deplorable welcome, a huge scam with an unhealthy and dilapidated cruise ship a staff, unable to give you the progress of the trip, charter planes with a departure at 2am...
