I learned more from Egypt. Thank you 🤗 - The guide Omar and the driver stopped by my hotel, very punctual. Very kind gentlemen. The experience was very good with both the guide and the very professional driver. My tours were in Spanish and Omar the guide speaks good Spanish. I learned and enjoyed the tours a lot. Everything ran very well and especially safe. I recommend the guide and driver. Thank you for your very professional service.

Must-see historical tour to supplement Giza pyramids - Menna (our tour guide) and Abdullah (our driver) of Emo Tours picked us up on time at our hotel. They took us to Sakkara and Dashur to see the older pyramids built during the Old Kingdom (we even went down into the chambers of the pyramids which were amazing!), and Memphis to see the open air museum. We also visited a carpet weaving workshop. Menna was friendly, professional, funny, and helpful. She gave plenty of good historical information about the pyramids and ancient Egypt. I highly recommend visiting Sakkara and Dashur to get an overview of the progression of how pyramids were built. These locations were definitely less crowded that Giza but just as interesting.

Well-worth a trip to these sites. - We had a fantastic day with Menna. She was such a knowledgeable guide and a friendly person. She and our driver kept us laughing and chatting during the drive out to Saqqara, Dashur and Memphis. We learned all about modern Egyptian culture and the locality as well as the history of the sites we visited. During the tour Menna gave us all the information we needed, took photos of us and even gave us free time at the sites. As well as the monuments, we had a brief stop at a carpet making school. Would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Very enriching and pleasant experience! - We were picked up at our hotel, our guide was kareen and both he and the driver took good care of us, were very friendly and even had the detail to give us a mini stone beetle and some very rich fruits, very warm people. We really enjoyed the extensive explanations that Kareem gave us and the hieroglyphic reading lesson he gave us. We enjoyed Saqqara a lot, we entered one of the pyramids, also in Dahsur we had a great time and learned a lot. Memphis is small, but it has a lot of history. We recommend this tour and if you have the opportunity ask to be assigned to Kareem.

Wonderful Tour - This tour was an absolute highlight of our trip. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Our guide named Tigo was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about sharing the history behind each place we visited. He replayed to everything we asked him with detail. The pace of the tour was perfect, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fun, informative, and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area and looking to learn more while having a great time. Definitely one of the best activities of our trip!

Once in a lifetime experience. - Th guide was amazing and stopped at locations along the way to take photographs of the area. Be prepared for a steep descent into both pyramids at dashur. It is definitely worth it thigh as it feels like a real archaeological adventure. I was a female travelling on my own and I had a very positive experience and felt looked after all the time. The vendors at the site are not as pushy as I had read about before I went. Just a polite no thank you in Arabic is enough. The toilets are 20 Egyptian pounds, so keep some change in your pocket. 100% worth the money.

Pleasant tour to see key... - Pleasant tour to see key sites, with basic historical information given. Saqqara and Dahshur were magnificent and much less busy than Giza. The Memphis museum was small but full of beautiful artefacts. Tour ran over as our guide Mirna wanted to show us a perfume shop, which we did not ask for. This delayed us going for our meal, and getting back to our hotel.

Not recommended - First of all, the time management was a complete mess, and it’s impossible to visit all the places listed in the description within six hours. They need to revise the description and reduce the exaggerated content. I was the only guest on this tour. To put it simply, I do not recommend it. The driver was not professional at all and seemed to have no concept of time management at each site. I had to figure out everything myself ; how long each place would take, which tickets to buy, and so on. He didn’t even seem to be aware of the places included in the description, so I had to point them out one by one. Even if this wasn’t a guided tour, I believe it’s a problem that a staff member of a tour company arrives without knowing even the most basic details. Before heading to the destination, we encountered severe traffic congestion and wasted over an hour on the road. However, there was no compensation for the lost time, and we had to rush through the itinerary as if we were being chased. Thirty minutes at the first pyramid was far from enough, so I informed him in advance that I would take up to an hour before we parted. When I returned, he complained about why I was late. After that, he said I could spend as much time as I wanted at each stop, but due to the poor time management, we were already running far behind schedule, so I had to look around as quickly as possible. The school and souvenir shop mentioned in the description were optional at best, and I said we could skip them and just focus on the historical sites. However, as time passed, it became clear that seeing everything within six hours was impossible from the start. The driver also looked tired and seemed eager to go home, so I eventually suggested we just return to Cairo. While this may be an efficient way to travel, it would be better to hire a more friendly and professional driver. There are plenty of other options available.
