Awesome experience - From the very beginning, Ali was kind and welcoming. He called me before I booked the tour to explain all the details clearly. Throughout the experience, he stayed in constant contact with us, texting every single day to ask how the tour had gone, check the quality of the services, and make sure everything was going well. We chose to have Spanish-speaking guides, and Ali arranged this without any extra charge. Only on one occasion did we visit a temple with an English-speaking guide. Every guide and driver we had was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. Both hotels and the cruise were excellent. The accommodations were truly five-star, and the quality fully matched that rating.

Epic Egypt: Pyramids, Balloons & a Wild Ride through History - Our trip to Egypt was like stepping into an Indiana Jones movie—except with better WiFi and fewer snake pits (I highly recommend buying a local SIM card)! The tour covers all the must-see sights and feels like a true adventure, with transport ranging from boats and planes to horse carriages and even a hot air balloon (of course you don´t have to do it, but why not?). The guides were absolute legends—knowledgeable, funny, and patient enough to deal with my endless pyramid puns. Props to the manager Mr. Ali, who was always just a call away—patiently answering my questions, even when I asked if I could adopt a camel and take it home. I totally recommend this trip—it’s an absolute blast, and I hope everyone has as much fun as we had (just don’t challenge the camels to a staring contest, they always win)!

Great adventure - - 8 days of pure experience - Best trip if you really don’t want to organize anything while in Egypt First of all: I can really recommend this trip! Tour includes all the important sights and really feels like an adventure as you will travel by boat, plane, horse carriage and even balloon (if you want). The tour guides were excellent and super gentle, just like the manager, who was always available for inquiries. Honestly, this was one of the best holidays I ever had. Anyway, here’s some advice: - read carefully what is included and whats not - if you buy something at the market or at shops, never pay more than 50% of the initial price, unless you want to donate money to the shopkeepers. - think twice if you really want to go to Hurghada. We enjoyed it, as it was very relaxing after the sightseeing, however it’s a typical resort and has got absolutely nothing to do with an authentic Egyptian experience. Mr. Ali (the tour manager) also offers tours without Hurghada. 10/10

Culture, relax and excellent organisation - The whole trip was amazing, Mr Ali satisfied all our requests and he was available at all times. Even if the flights we booked were changed a few times he managed to reorganise everything in the best way possible. On the Nile cruise the staff was kind and friendly and we had a great time on it. All the guides were well prepared about Egyptian history and gave us many interesting information and curiosities. We specially thank Imed, our guide in Aswan: he was nice, friendly and professional at the same time, available and kind. We also enjoyed our time in Hurghada, where we went for a snorkeling trip and we had the chance to see dolphins too! To conclude, we had an amazing experience in Egypt and everything was really well organised, we really look forward to seeing more!

Excellent experience - The tour was excellent from Start to end. All the guides, receiving guys, drivers were very proactive and punctual. Mr. Ali is a great manager and he was 24/7 available for any clarifications. The communication was very smooth. Pyramid Park Resort and Azur in Hurghada was awesome. Foods were awesome in the hotels and in Cruise.

Good but could be better - Overall the trip was good and reasonably well organized where most of the highlights of Egypt were covered, however a few points to highlight 1. Note tickets were not included, that’s $115 2. Tips $5 per person per day additional; the Nile cruise crew tips not included so that’s also additional 3. Carmel ride tour guide charged us $15 for walking 15-20meters to take photos in front of the pyramids then 20meters walking back, official price we saw later showed $20 for 1 hour 4. Shops visits where things were sold to us such as perfume, papyrus and stoneware; guide would much prefer you spend time in the shops than in the historical sites ( we skipped a closer visit to the sphinx so we have time for papyrus shop). Do your research so you can make sure you have sufficient time to cover sites you are interested in 5. Many early mornings including 3:30am to catch a flight at 6am; the itinerary is not well thought through, there were days we got up at 4:30am to visit a temple at 7am then nothing the rest of the day. It took 4 hours drive to Hurghada and we had 2 nights there but we didn’t arrive till 6pm then flight out 9:30am, I requested for a later flight in advance but no details were given till the previous day and informed it was at 9:30am with pick up at 7am 6. Hotels, cruise details and flights information not shared ( despite being requested multiple times) till the previous night, so you don’t know till last minute which could be frustrating 7. Guides are kind but not deeply informative, definitely not at archeology level as described

Overall a Great Tour, but a Disappointing End - I would have gladly given this tour a 5-star rating if not for an unfortunate incident at the end. To be fair, let me begin with the positives: Ali arranged a fantastic private 8-day tour for our family of four. We opted to upgrade to 5-star accommodations, and it was absolutely worth it. All the tour guides were excellent—fluent in English, knowledgeable, and engaging. The highlight in terms of lodging was the hotel in Hurghada, which was truly exceptional. Now for the issue that impacted our experience: On the first day, we were offered some optional tours that required payment in cash. One of these was a hot air balloon ride in Luxor, something we were particularly excited about. However, the night before the scheduled activity, we were informed it was cancelled due to weather conditions. We were surprised to wake up and see numerous balloons in the sky. When we asked Ali, he explained that while some companies went ahead, the official recommendation was to cancel for safety reasons—fair enough. Ali promised to refund the $240 in cash at the airport. Since we had an early flight, he said he couldn’t meet us in person but would transfer the money to our bank account. I provided my bank details on April 4 and followed up regularly. On April 11 he said the refund will be in by Monday (April 14). On Tuesday, April 15, I asked for an update as no money was received, then he said it would be in by the end of the week. On Monday, April 28, I reached out... no answer. Then again, on May 1, and then he responded that he was waiting on my bank details, which were given to him by text on April 4. Clearly, he has not attempted to make the transfer yet. Then he explained his bank will not allow him to transfer a small amount, so he had to wait to make at least 3 transfers at a time, then said maximum by May 10. Of course, there was still no money in my account on May 10, so I reached out again. He said, "We already submitted the transfer, and by the end of tomorrow, you will receive the soft copy, and we will send you updates". He asked on May 12 if we had received the money, and I said no. On May 15, I reached out again as he didn't provide any further updates, and I asked him to send a copy of the transfer to check my bank details. He said he will visit the bank that day and provide updates. Nothing. On May 23, I said I had had enough, that I was frustrated with the situation. Then he sent me a copy of a transfer with a date of May 23, which immediately reached my account. In summary, the tour itself was wonderful, and Ali did a great job organizing it. However, the lack of transparency and delay in resolving the refund left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise memorable trip.
