• Khafre’s Pyramid - Next, the group will visit the Pyramid of Khafre, constructed for Pharaoh Khafre. It is the second-largest pyramid on the Giza Plateau and appears taller due to its elevated position. It still retains some of its original limestone casing at the top. Khafre is also credited with building the Great Sphinx, located nearby.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - The tour continues to the Great Pyramid of Khufu, also known as the Pyramid of Cheops. It is the largest of the three pyramids on the Giza Plateau and was built over 4,500 years ago as a tomb for Pharaoh Khufu. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and remains largely intact.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Following that, the group will visit the Pyramid of Menkaure, the smallest of the three main pyramids at Giza. Built for Pharaoh Menkaure around 2500 BC, it features a more intricate structure and was originally covered in granite, reflecting a shift in pyramid construction style and royal priorities.
• Grand Egyptian Museum - The tour then heads to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the largest and most impressive museums globally. Located near the Giza Pyramids, the GEM is the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilization—Ancient Egypt. It will showcase over 100,000 artifacts, including the entire collection of King Tutankhamun, many displayed for the first time.
