Tour guide saves the day! - After a terrible start to the day, sat waiting for our transfer for 45 minutes and worried we'd miss the flight to Cairo, and on the sixth call to the driver he asked "what hotel are you in?"!!! We finally made it to the airport with minutes to spare... In a foul mood and very frustrated... At this point the trip was getting a one-star review! On arrival at Cairo, we were met by our driver for the day who was great and introduced us to Lily, our guide for the day, who was exceptional. Really professional and friendly, very knowledgeable and engaging - managed to keep the Interest of my three sons aged 10, 9 & 3 throughout the museum, shops, boat trip and finally the pyramids. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept us going with her enthusiasm and passion throughout all the stops along the way. Lily try turned our experience around and highly deserving of the Five-star review, would highly recommend and can't express highly enough how much of a great impact she had on the day. A real credit to the tour company and a pleasure to spend the day with! Thank you

Amazing experience - Excellent trip and service, Just make sure you book the Grand Egyptian Museum if you want to see King Tut's exhibition. We were picked up early from our hotel to Sharm El Sheik airport by a private driver. Sharm airport was a bit chaotic to say the least, be prepared to have all belongings thrown through the scanner! However, the flight was swift and hassle free. We were met outside Cairo departures terminal by a driver who took us to meet Hannah our tour guide for the day. Hannah was incredible! she was so knowledgeable about the pyramids and throughout the museum, her English speaking was eceptional. She made the trip for us!! Take plenty of drinks and comfortable shoes as we spent the majority of our day on our feet. Following the pyramids, we had the option of seeing a papyrus paper factory, which we accepted. We were then treated to a buffet lunch af a local restaurant 5 minutes drive away included in the tour package The Egyptian Grand Museum was next on the tour, which was incredible and very large, due to Ramadam it unfortunately closed at 4pm and we felt could have spent many more hours there as we did not see all the exhibitions. To finish off the day, we had a 30 minute boat road down tbe Nile The only downside was we were dropped off at the airport at 6pm but didn't fly until 10.35pm, when we landed back Sharm the same driver was waiting to take us back to our hotel. Overall a really enjoyable but tiring day. We were very impressed with the Hannah and our driver who stayed with us throughout the day!! The tour operator kept in touch via WhatsApp prior to the trip and throughout. Would definitely book again with them!!

Excellent experience - Sharm el Sheikh Airport was a bit chaotic with miserable staff. Be prepared to go through security. The bags were thrown through the scanner and belongings fell onto the floor. Apart from that it was a really smooth transfer into Cairo where we were met by our driver who took us to the pyramids. The guide met us there and we had a fantastic day. Take plenty of refreshments as it's a busy full on tour. We had a break in the museum where there is a café

Fantastic Pyramid Tour with Hannah! - We had an incredible experience visiting the Pyramids! From start to finish, the arrangements were seamless. Communication was a breeze as the team reached out via WhatsApp, making the coordination effortless before we even arrived. A massive shout-out to our guide, Hannah. She was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also exceptionally patient with all our questions and photo requests. Having her with us truly made the day special—we couldn't have asked for a better guide to bring the history to life. The only minor critique we have is regarding the timing. We finished the tour around 3:00 PM, but our flight wasn’t until 10:00 PM. Since we had quite a bit of a gap, it would have been wonderful if the itinerary included some extra sightseeing, like a visit to the local markets, to fill those afternoon hours.

Incredible Pyramids Tour with a Few Small Hiccups – Still Highly Recommend - We had an amazing experience on our Cairo tour to see the pyramids, Egyptian museum and felucca ride. Our tour guide Shimaa was super lovely, incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She shared so much interesting information throughout the day and really made the experience feel special and well-organised. Our Cairo driver was also wonderful, very kind and welcoming, and even provided drinks in the car which was a really thoughtful touch. Our driver in Sharm El Sheikh was unfortunately about 40 minutes late to pick us up at the end of the evening, which meant we missed our dinner reservation, which was disappointing. One tip for anyone planning the trip: make sure to get your visa at the airport when you first arrive in Sharm. We arranged ours the morning of the flight to Cairo and it felt quite stressful and would likely be difficult in peak season. Other than that, we would definitely recommend the experience overall, the pyramids were incredible and the tour itself was really well put together.
