I recently organized a dinner cruise for my work team through nilecruisers and I cannot praise them enough. From the first email, the reservation process was handled professionally by Hagar, who was patient and answered all our questions. The service on the day was impeccable. We were picked up from our hotel in a spotless, comfortable car by a courteous driver. His kindness was truly shown when he patiently waited for a member of our team who had forgotten his phone—going far above and beyond. A huge thank you also to our cruise leader, Bebo, who ensured everything ran smoothly and that we all had a fantastic time. The dinner was delicious, and the party atmosphere was the perfect way to celebrate as a team. This company pays attention to every detail. If you're looking for a stress-free and memorable experience on the Nile, look no further.

Worth while experience. Friendly staff. Good entertainment. Well looked after. - Adam picked us up at designated location and dropped us to our hotel. Adam was a fantastic host and educated us along our journey. The cruise is a worthwhile experience with good entertainment. The vessel is clean and food well presented. 😊

Amazing experience - We had the absolute pleasure of having Ahmed as our guide during our Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His deep knowledge of ancient Egyptian history, combined with his engaging storytelling, brought every temple and monument to life in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand. Ahmed’s passion for his country’s rich heritage was evident in every explanation, and he always took the time to answer our questions with patience and enthusiasm. He also ensured that our group had a smooth and comfortable experience, managing all the logistics seamlessly while allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking sights along the Nile. Beyond his expertise, Ahmed’s warm and friendly personality made the journey even more special. He shared local insights, made great recommendations, and added a personal touch to every moment. Upcoming Egypt Tour with Mr Ahmed - I have been following Mr Ahmed Elsayed on his Facebook posts for several years now and have also communicated with him directly. I find him very friendly and knowledgeable in Ancient Egypt history. He has answered all my questions well and patiently. I am planning a tour in Egypt in 2026 with my wife. Overall an excellent 5 star experience! - We chose Nile Cruisers after a recommendation from a colleague. We had a custom 2 day tour with the following sites: -Pyramids + Light show -Sakkara Pyramids - Egypt Grand Museum -Cairo Tower -River Nile Cruise with dinner -El Khalil bazaar -Citadel -We also had some detours along the way including plenty of time for shopping We stayed at the Marriot Mena Hotel. Nile cruisers were excellent and provided a door to door service including dealing with immigration at Cairo. Our tour guides were: -Ahmed -Hadeer Our driver was: -Essam They were friendly, professional. One of the tourist was feeling a bit unwell so they accomodated for this. We travelled with 2 children, and they catered for our strict vegetarian diets. Overall, have recommended to colleagues and friends. We hope to return again and do more of Egypt and we appreciate Hadeer, Ahmed and Essam for their hospitality.

Professor Wael, best Egyptian tour guide ever! - All the tours we had with Professor Wael were great- all 5 stars! He’s the best tour guide ever! What a personality too. Ahmed Elsayed helped our trip leader Melissa put together an awesome 12 day experience for us, the river cruise was 3-4 days of that. My comments on the cruise: come with an open heart and mind, and little “expectation” and you’ll be just fine. Expect “American cruise standards” and you’ll be disappointed :-) The cruise part of our 12 day tour gets only 3.5-4 stars.

The Cruise Good but Nile Cruisers guide very bad - The trip would have been nice if the guide was good. We booked our trip with Nile Cruisers and everything was fine. We expected our trip to be excellent, especially after we chose a trip on the Historia Nile Cruise. The boat is very excellent and the service is good, but unfortunately the trip was bad because of the tour guide Ahmed El Sayed who was with us. He was always trying to get us to buy from certain shops, especially the perfume shops in Aswan and Alabaster store in Luxor, not spending time in the archaeological sites, in order to save time for these shops. and his treatment was very bad, especially since we are from East Asia. He treated us badly. He was always telling us that he prefers Americans to Asians nationalities, as we do not have the culture to tip the staff, and he wanted to tip him like Americans, We do not recommend this company at all, as well they are very expensive compared to other cruises companies.
