Arrival in Cairo: ‘Welcome to Egypt’

Cairo - Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, the tour manager will meet and assist guests, then escort them to their hotel in Cairo using an air-conditioned vehicle.

Cairo Sightseeing – Train to Aswan

Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - A personal tour guide will accompany guests to the Giza Plateau to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus.

Great Sphinx - Visit the renowned Sphinx and the Valley Temple facing this magnificent statue.

Egyptian Museum - Enjoy lunch at a high-quality local restaurant, followed by a visit to the Egyptian Museum.

Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary) - Continue the tour to Coptic Cairo to see the Ben Ezra Synagogue and the Hanging Church.

Later, guests will be transferred to the Giza train station to board the sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan, spending the night in their compartment.

Aswan Tours

Nile River Valley - Upon arrival at Aswan train station, a representative will meet and assist guests, transferring them to embark on their Nile River boat. They will then be guided to visit the famous High Dam.

Temple of Philae - Explore the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor, and see the largest known ancient obelisk in the northern region of Egypt’s stone quarries.

Unfinished Obelisk - Visit the Unfinished Obelisk. Return to the cruise for an overnight stay in Aswan.

Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

Temple of Kom Ombo - In the morning, enjoy sailing to Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, visit the Temple shared by the gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo.

Temple of Horus - Return to the Nile boat to sail to Edfu, then visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, the Horus Temple in Edfu. Overnight on board the Nile cruise.

Luxor Tours

Valley of the Kings - Early morning sailing to Luxor, followed by a visit to the West Bank of Luxor. Take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, and the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut around the 15th century BC, at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Return to the Nile Cruise for an overnight stay in Luxor.

Luxor – Train to Cairo

Temple of Karnak - Guests will be accompanied by their tour guide to visit the Karnak

Luxor Temple - and Luxor temples on the East Bank of Luxor. Later, they will be transferred to the Luxor train station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo.

Dinner will be served on board the sleeper train.

Cairo Optional Excursions

Step Pyramid of Djoser - Breakfast aboard the sleeper train before arriving at Giza train station, where a representative will meet and assist guests, transferring them to their hotel for leisure time.

Optional excursions in Cairo include visiting the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and Memphis. Overnight stay at the hotel in Cairo.

Cairo – Departure

Cairo - Enjoy free time before the flight. Check out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
