The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - After a brief rest, embark on your journey with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which houses an extraordinary collection of ancient treasures, including artifacts from the tombs, temples, and palaces of Egypt’s most renowned dynasties. After the tour, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Giza Pyramids & Saqqara Tour

Pyramids of Giza - Following breakfast at your hotel, your tour guide will accompany you to begin your 8-day Cairo & Nile cruise package at Giza, where you will visit the Great Pyramids, considered one of the most significant historical monuments to see in Cairo.

Great Sphinx - The Sphinx, a statue with a lion’s body and a human head, is one of the world’s largest and oldest statues. It is believed that Napoleon’s army damaged the Sphinx’s nose by shooting it.

Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Continue to the Saqqara Necropolis, home to the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the earliest large-scale cut-stone structure in history. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Fly to Aswan, Nile Cruise Check-in & Aswan Tour

Aswan - After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet your Egyptologist guide and begin your Aswan sightseeing with visits to:

Aswan High Dam - On the way to the Cruise Boat after visiting Philae Temple, pass by the Aswan High Dam, constructed between 1960 and 1970. The dam provides benefits such as electricity generation, achieving self-sufficiency, eliminating potential energy crises, and offering major protection against floods and drought.

At the end of the day, transfer to your cruise for lunch and an overnight stay on board.

Temple of Philae - Proceed to visit the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessed by a small motorboat. Later, return to your cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and an overnight stay.

Abu Simbel Temples Complex - Sail to and Visit Kom Ombo Temples

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - Around 4:30 AM, your guide will pick you up for the Abu Simbel trip (sharing a small group). Arrive around 8 AM to visit one of Egypt’s most impressive sites: the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, uniquely designed for King Ramses II and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Return to the cruise by noon for lunch and sail towards Kom Ombo city.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Arrive at Kom Ombo city to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Edfu Temple & Arrive Luxor (visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus - After breakfast, enjoy a horse carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, considered the most complete and best-preserved of all Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, admiring the unique landscape and beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.

Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, arrive at your cruise dock and transfer to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are displayed. Dinner on board with a belly dancing show and an overnight stay in Luxor. Note: If arrival at Luxor dock is by 3:00 or 3:30 PM, there is an opportunity to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Luxor Sightseeing & Fly Back to Cairo

Valley of the Kings - Enjoy breakfast and check out to start an unforgettable day by driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs from the New Kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains to hide their treasures and protect their mummies.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Then, visit the Mortuary Temple of the famous Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, and discover her beautiful temple and intriguing story with her nephew. End the tour on the West Bank with a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunch at a local restaurant (optional).

Temple of Karnak - Return to the East Bank to see the largest temple ever, Karnak Temple, built over 2000 years and covering an area of about 63 acres. Capture beautiful photos among its huge pillars and obelisks.

After the tour, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
