The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities houses one of the most valuable collections of artifacts and antiquities in the world. With over 100,000 items, the museum features approximately 1,700 artifacts from Tutankhamun’s tomb, including the solid gold mask that adorned the pharaoh’s head. Other treasures include reliefs, sarcophagi, papyri, funerary art, and the contents of various tombs, as well as jewelry and ornaments of all kinds. The museum also showcases sculptures and statues.

An entire hall is dedicated to the royal mummies of 11 kings and queens.

Great Sphinx - Located near the pyramids area, the Sphinx is a must-see. Situated at the Giza Plateau next to the Pyramids of Giza on the West Bank of the Nile River, it is the largest monolith statue in the world. The Sphinx is a massive stone sculpture with the body of a lion and the head of a human. It is the oldest monumental sculpture and is widely believed to have been constructed by Khafre.

The Sphinx was built by Egyptians to guard significant areas such as tombs and temples.

Pyramids of Giza - Discover the Pyramids of Giza, the only one of the seven ancient wonders still standing today. They are thought to have been built as eternal resting places for the pharaohs.

The oldest and largest of the three pyramids was constructed for Khufu, also known as Cheops. The middle-sized pyramid was built by Khafre, also called Chefre, Khufu’s son. The third and smallest pyramid was built by Menkaure, also known as Mycerinus, Khufu’s grandson and Khafre’s son.

A Must do when you are in Hurghada - Akram is amazing. We did three tours with Hurghadaonlinetours. All of them where exceptional good. Punctual at hotel, good driver and two very good tour guides. We went to Egypt to see the pyramids, beautiful. Great tour. And what is the Egyptian museum a beautiful museum. Oh!!, not the building, the artefacts. A really must see. the road to it is a trial, but worth it. Thank you for the great day

Dream come true - It was a long day.. many hours in the bus etc but worth it.. tour guy in Cairo down to earth.. good sense of humour.. knowledge and looking after you all the time.. give you advice what to buy to be careful.. travelling with 3 small children it's possible

Magnific !! - Why Hurghada Online Tours? Following the 4 trips purchased from this agency, I can say first of all that both Akram (the owner of the agency) and the other employees are professionals, the agency collaborating with other local partners thus ensuring a high level of endowment (here I mean cars, shipping, scuba diving equipment, etc.) and secondly to the fact that the Hurghada Online Tours agency charges reasonable prices for the high class services offered. I highly recommend this travel agency!

Exceptional trip to Cairo! - The booking process on whatsapp was quick and easy. Early morning the driver picked us up on time, we drove in a comfortable car safely to Cairo. The guide expected us at the Egyptian Museum. He guided us calmly, repectfully through the day, giving us useful information in an excellent English. We appreciatetd him very much! Afrer strolling through a Bazaar , we had lovely lunch on a Nile boat restaurant. The afternoon we spent at the Pyramides and the Spynx. Finally the driver brougth us back safely to the hotel. We were absolutely satisfed with everything! As well we never felt at risk because of Covid-19. We were wearing masks, which we brought on our own, on the car and whenever places were crowded.

Good time to Cairo - We didn't waste time - a good good plus for us. The guide was informative. The car was new and the drivers were proffesionals. We had a small issue - We wanted to go to Muizz street (for shopping), but we made the mistake to announce it in the day of the tour and it wasn't possible to go. They arranged for us to go to a shopping mall instead, where we bought some local goodies. (Without any hassle, price was fix). My advice for future car trips is to tell the agency before you go where exactly do you want to go in the trip, in order to plan the itinerary and make the proper arrangements.

Cairo Day Trip with Private Driver and Guide - Fantastic experience with our driver and guide to Cairo, everything perfectly arranged and was listened to our wishes. Contact is also super fast via app you can ask all questions and get immediate answers. All in all a day to remember despite the long drive 😄

Don't doubt, just do it - Are you in Hurghada and still want to get a taste of the history of Egypt? Don't hesitate to book an excursion with Akram. He communicates very smoothly in English and adapts the excursion however you want and that completely private. Better than all those organized trips in a full van with little space. Luxor 4.5h drive or Cairo 6h drive with private van? Our kids wanted to go to the pyramids, take a camel ride, see Tutankhamun's mask and visit the Hard Rock Café. A sweater from Cairo is pretty cool, too. We also wanted a photo stop on the citadelle for the beautiful mosque and the beautiful view over the city. Only the latter was no longer possible due to lack of time. We wanted to be back in the hotel tss 22 & 23h. Traffic is therefore super busy and chaotic in this big city. An experience in itself. But our drivers did just fine. In Cairo we had a Dutch speaking guide. Osama, a real sweet man from Alexandria. But like all Egyptians, they like to try to lead you to a shop. We did not go into that, and that was not a problem. Thanks to him, the children have also learned a lot from it. We found it a very long, exhausting day, but more than worth the experience. At no point did we feel unsafe. We were in good hands. For a next trip or excursion in Egypt we will definitely contact Akram again. Keep it up 👍

Perfect trip - Very nice crew, by far the best price, good services, great guide in Caïro. The trip was perfectly organized. Very good info and time line. We got to see everything we wanted and all was exactly as we wished. Lovely lunch. The perfect way to visit Caïro in one day. Do not hesitate just book the trip!

The best way to visit the pyramids from Hurghada. Had the best time. - Forget the bus as this is the best way to visit Cairo and pyramids from Hurghada. We had a great time. They picked us up at our hotel with a new car, perfectly clean and air conditioned. Our driver was profesional, quiet and very nice and our tour guide that met us in Giza and took us around everything was the best; fluent in english, very informative, funny and inteligent. Took us around and inside the pyramids, took us to a camel ride around pyramides then to a panorama site that is great for taking beautiful photos of the pyramides. Even gave us great tips how to take best photos. Then to the sphinx, papirus institute, nice lunch and then to museum. Museum is twice as interesting as it would be when you have a great guide like we did. You can even choose where you want to eat. Also showed us and explained Cairo to us. The best thing about this tour is that everything is the way you want. You stop at the rest stop when you want, you go where you want and stay there as long as you want. There's no waiting on the rest of the group and noone is forcing you to wist 'parfume factories' that you don't want to see. A trip from hurghada to giza and cairo is a long drive and being in a comfortable car that always waits for you is a huge deal, it's faster, and individually set for your needs and wishes. We had a great time and I would recomend this to everyone.
