Fabulous experience - It was a beautiful hike, tiring but full of emotions. With our guide Mohamed (nicknamed the Cobra), who spoke perfect Italian and was really prepared and helpful, we went first to the Egyptian museum, to lunch at a restaurant overlooking the pyramids, to the museum of the papyruses, we saw the magnificent pyramids and in an immersive experience at a perfume shop. All these stops were accompanied by detailed explanations about Egyptian history, life and some curiosities. The journey was long and tiring, the organization was not excellent but all in all with such a good guide it was worth it. I recommend bringing cash for tips and dinner.

Exciting - Prepare for a long and quite uncomfortable trip by bus, short but very interesting tour of the museum, on tripadvisor not listed the boat ride on the Nile (optional) immediately after the museum, cost 10€ per person for 20-30 min, the pyramids was really worth it, perhaps better to avoid the camel or carriage ride with the horse (visibly tired, especially the horses).

Daytrip to Cairo - Enjoyable trip to Cairo to see one of the famous 7 wonders of the world in real life. It was an incredible experience to see the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. However, more time to explore and see the pyramids would've been better.

Tours in Cairo - Experience that is absolutely worth it, a little 'heavy the trip and confusing at the beginning because they do not explain anything, but once you get to the beginning is repaid by the presence of the guide in Italian who explains everything, even if a little' hasty.

No service provided - If I could give 0 stars I would. There was no contact from the company. They almost didn't show up until I chased them about it and they advised there is room on the bus as if I didn't already book a place. They then asked me to illegally hide in the toilets to smuggle me across the border because I didn't have the visa where as a family on the coach also didn't have the visa but they were able to attend the tour and provided a visa stamp on arrival. I obviously refused the likely lifetime prison sentence and was told to get a taxi back to my hotel.

The company lost our passports - Was picked up by the minibus at the hotel 20 minutes after the agreed time. The driver should have our passports before the trip. We delivered them and went with the minibus. We were released on a large bus that was completely full, unorganized and too small for all people. Several of the passengers started arguing with each other on the background of the chaos. My husband got sick, and we had to get off the bus. We asked for our passports back, but no one knew where they were. We were so promised that even if the bus was running, a man would be left with us to find our passports. After 20 minutes this man disappeared, the bus had gone on, and we were left sitting again at a gas station without a passport. After a chaotic three-hour period, a guy showed up with our passports. He could not answer where they had been, who had them or why it took so long to track them up. Very dissatisfied.
