Pyramide - Organisation:
The tour was well organized. The departure time was met and the transfers went smoothly.
Guide:
The guide was competent and could give a lot of exciting information about the history and construction of the pyramids. He answered questions at length and in a friendly manner. A great experience with fascinating insights into ancient history. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience with top services ✨❤️ - First of all I like to thank all the staff, just I booked the trip, I got a message from the operator "Youssef" who handled the booking details and confirmed everything, he was very cooperative and gave us all the information we need about the trip, it was my first time to visit Pyramids, I'm so Glad to be with this company. The trip is a bit long but we understand that because it's with bus. But for real it's Very recommended ⬆️✔️🤩😍

One of the best experiences ever!!! - The whole experience was amazing, a once in a lifetime opportunity for us as a family! The most memorable parts were seeing the pyramids, riding the camels and the boat trip down the river Nile 😊
Hannah was a fantastic tour guide, really helpful, kind and pleasant 😊
It was a hard day due to the heat in August and the long travel by coach, picking up other passengers around Hurghada but despite this we thoroughly enjoyed the whole day 😊

Stressed schedule - Pick-up at hotel was late and it took quite a while before we left Hurghada. Information on bus could have been better. WC on bus was out of order for the full trip. The guide in Cairo was partly good, showed knowledge about the museum and the pyramids. The negative part was that he was very stressing, especially at Giza, and did not allow time for us to reflect. Camel and horse people is very aggressive to the animals and treating them bad, also an aggressive attitude when asking/demanding tip. Some stops at paper museum, perfume shop did not add any value to the tour. We recommend visiting the museum and the pyramids but find another way to experience them.

The tour guide was very... - The tour guide was very rude and unprofessional , she called my sister a monkey , shouting in her face and we didn’t get spend enough time at the museum the ride was way !! To long
