Pyramids of Giza - The guide will collect guests from their hotel in Marsa Alam for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, an Egyptologist guide will meet and accompany them to explore the magnificent pyramids and the Sphinx.
Great Sphinx - The Sphinx, with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, dates back to the reign of King Khefren. It is located next to his Valley Temple.
The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Next, visitors will proceed to the Egyptian Museum, which houses artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum boasts a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art, considered the largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art globally. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are on display, including a dedicated exhibit to Tutankhamen’s treasures, gold, and jewelry, which were sealed in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.
Khan Al-Khalili - The tour continues to Islamic Cairo, where guests can explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic bazaar. In the evening, they will be driven to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor, where they will be met and transferred to their hotel.
Luxor Tours & Return to Marsa Alam
Temple of Karnak - After breakfast, the guide will take guests to visit the magnificent Temples of Karnak, the largest place of worship ever constructed. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Luxor.
Colossi of Memnon - Following this, guests will travel to the West Bank of the Nile to see the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon). These massive stone statues stand at the entrance of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III, the largest temple in the Theban Necropolis. They have stood since 1350 BC and were known to ancient Greeks and Romans, as well as early modern travelers and Egyptologists.
Valley of the Kings - The tour then proceeds to the Valley of the Kings, where guests will visit three tombs, excluding Tutankhamen’s. The valley is located on the west bank of the Nile opposite Thebes, within the heart of the Theban Necropolis. It consists of two valleys: the East Valley (where most royal tombs are situated) and the West Valley.
Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - The tour continues with a visit to the Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary, an impressive temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh who ruled Egypt. Later, guests will be transferred back to their hotel in Marsa Alam by a private air-conditioned vehicle.
