Basem Hoka met us at the... - Basem Hoka met us at the airport where it was quite hectic especially from our experience, for midnight. He was very familiar with Cairo's traffic and gave us a lot of good information regarding Cairo and environs on the way to the hotel.

Cairo Airport to Ritz Carlton Transfer - Service worked as advertised. While it took awhile to get out of the airport and get our bags, the driver met us outside the airport terminal with our last name on a sign. There are numerous car services, some of which are inside the terminal, so you will need to get your luggage, go through the final security check, and then you will see your driver outside.

A trustworthy arrival transfer with Mr Tamer! - We got in touch with Mr Tamer via WhatsApp. He reassures and checks on us several times before and after flight, promptly assisted us with luggage. A very down to earth gentleman. This service is much smoother than I expected.

Great , Friendly and Efficient Service. - We were totally happy with the transfer service from Tamer, who collected us efficiently from the airport and took us to our hotel near the Cairo Museum. He was a source of good local advice and suggestions for our stay and was very friendly.

Best experience - company made our trip EPIC - I can’t say enough good things about this tour company. Our flight arrived late and we were worried that we’d be stranded but they were patiently waiting for us. We immediately had a high energy welcome to Cairo. We had already pre-booked all of our tours for the week online and had only planned on using this company as an airport transfer. We had a really horrible guide that was inappropriate with us and we decided to get in touch with Ali, who had been the driver from the airport. We cancelled our other tours (part fear of having another bad tour guide and part knowing how great they were with our airport transfer) and booked our other tours with them also. They make you feel safe and make sure you are having a great time while making you feel like you’ve been long-time friends. Ali, Zina and Hossam were amazing and made our trip completely EPIC and turned it around for us. If you are a solo female traveler – you can definitely feel comfortable with this company and ask for a female guide. I can guarantee you will not regret using this company!

Airport transfer - Our lovely driver rep met us on time, came looking for us. Made the transfer so easy & effortless. Car was clean & the driver was a good cautious driver. Strongly recommend

Airport pick up - Our luggage took ages to arrive from our plane but we were pleasantly surprised when our guide met us with a friendly smile. It was such a relief as the airport had lots of taxi drivers touting for business; quite overwhelming as we arrived very early in the morning.

Airport Transfer Cairo International Airport - We booked this taxis service very poor no contact was made by the company to confirm pickup hence you can imagine after a long flight there was no show. Very disappointed we had to re negotiate with another company on arrival not even an apology from this operator. I would not recommend their service.

SCAMMERS & CHEATERS - Please do not use this guy's service. We waited at airport for one hour, no one came to pick us up & no one called us. And when we called no one reply then we have to take Uber to get to our hotel. This guy is a cheater and scammers. His tour complain y name is Bees travel in Egypt. I've contacted TripAdvisor but they don't have customer service so nothing happened. TripAdvisor must do something with this kind of cheaters & scam artists
