Unforgettable experience - I had never participated in a kayaking event, and have done it at sunset in one of the most beautiful oases of the Gulf of Orosei not price! Silence calms that sense of peace and those lights that illuminated our path was a spectacle that only nature could give us! A special thanks goes to Marco our guide, who with his professionalism and his sense of adventure that made us live an unforgettable experience!

Nice tour! - It was a special experience. During a stopover we saw flamingos and visited a very nice beach. Massimiliano is a good and friendly guide.

Beautiful places, but management must be improved in case of unforeseen events - The kayak excursion takes place in a truly wonderful landscape and, in ideal conditions, is simple and suitable for everyone. However, it is good to keep in mind that the wind can change suddenly, even in the absence of adverse weather forecasts, making the return much more challenging or impossible. In our case, on our return we found ourselves upwind and encountered several difficulties. Unfortunately, the guide could not handle the situation as well as possible: he continued at a fast pace, without worrying about keeping the group compact, and many of us had to stop along the beaches, then walk back to the destination. Too bad, because without this unexpected the experience would have been really five stars. It should be said, however, that the holder (who was not present as a guide during our outing) subsequently contacted us one by one to apologize and ensure that in the future there will be more attention in similar cases. I am confident that this will be the case, so I would not advise against this excursion, quite the contrary: I think it is right to share what happened, in the hope that it will serve to further improve the organization.

We expected more - The lake and canal are very beautiful. The route is overall quite manageable. We spent most of our time on the lake. The guide was friendly, but there was no detailed information about the area; we just paddled along behind him. Disturbing - although of course not the provider's fault - was a loud group of riders who accompanied us along the shore of the lake, as well as another loud family who was taking part. Overall, we would have expected more - especially for the price.

Serene lake and passive aggressive tour guide - The lake has a very serene atmosphere at sunset. Unfortunately the guide from Ziru Tours was very rude and passive aggressive and ruined the experience for everyone (group of 10). One lady even left early. After first telling us that we could roam the lake freely after the first passage he then told the entire group off for not following him and then stopped talking to any of us. Very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour for a tour guide. Especially since we and our kids wanted to hear more about the area and it’s wildlife. We would recommend to just hire the kayaks and explore the lake by yourself.
