Tour of Cali - Amazing experience with Valley Tours. Our tour guide Juan David was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring Cali a truly unforgettable experience. Great Tour of Cali - This was a great tour of Cali, Columbia. Marcela was a fantastic guide. We went to various parks. Some with a view of the city. The downtown walking tour was a splendid end to the tour.

Charting Cali - We recently completed the Cali City Tour with Juan David and we both enjoyed the experience. After booking we received proactive communication via WhatsApp from the Valley Adventours team to confirm our tour preferences and pick-up details. Our driver Armando safely and professionally drove us around for the first part of the tour in an air-conditioned, comfortable Kia van. The first stop was Cristo Rey. I've visited Christ the Redeemer in Rio, but I have to say Cristo Rey is just as good, if not better. At Cristo Rey you can get much closer to the statue and the statue itself has much more detail than the one in Rio. Juan David showed his skill here, as we entered the park there was a large crowd, but they all went one way and he took us the opposite direction. His expertise meant we arrived at the statue first and had it completely to ourselves for about 10 minutes before the rest of the groups arrived. The second stop was the statue of Sebastián de Belalcázar. Juan David educated us about the significant of this statue and the recent protests from indigenous communities that led to additional signage being added to explain the context of colonisation. From here we headed downtown and the tour continued on foot. We visited many of the main sites including the famous Cat Park, Cali letters sign, Cali river, Plazoleta Jairo Varela o de La Caleñidad, Simon Bolivar statue, Plaza de Cayzedo and Plaza de San Franciso. Throughout Juan David provided clear information about the history of the area, took photos for us and he constantly checked with us if we were ok with the pace, needed the bathroom or wanted a break because of the heat. We also had the opportunity to try some local food/bread and drinks, both were delicious. We finished the tour at the companies office in San Antonio where we were offered local desserts to try, which were also nice. I highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Cali. We felt this was a great way to see most of the main sites and learn about them in the most efficient way. The tour was also customisable to meet your interests. Wonderful city tour with a super-fun guide - This was one of our best city tours ever. Juan was completely fluent in English, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, witty and rightly proud of his amazing city. I constantly plied him with questions not just about Cali but about all of Colombia and he answered them all. Lots of great advice for our next trip to this lovely country and its super-friendly people. Highly recommended.

Cali greatest tour - It was a very nice and instructive tour! Not long and not short, it was just perfect for the Tour time. The 2 drinks we try was just perfect with the hit weather! I recommend 100% to do it!

The best way to get to know Cali! - We want to start by thanking Marcela, the best guide we could have, for her dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm. Thanks to it, we not only got to know the main sights of Cali, but we had the opportunity to connect deeply with its people, which made our experience even more enriching. We also want to thank Andres, who made us feel at home, and Armando, our driver, who was always attentive and provided excellent service. It was a unique way to discover the true essence of the city, its culture and its people. Cali is a place that left our mark and all this was made possible by a wonderful team!

Good tour of Cali - Our guide Juan David was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and Colombia in general. He spoke excellent English We visited Cristo Rey, Parque de Gatos, plaza Jairo Varela, and the commercial and historical city center. We got to sanple local delicacies and see the city wind up for the salsa street that evening. Juan David was clearly enthuastic about salsa and able to share his love of this music. Our driver managed the traffic excellently and safely. All in all, a good way to start to get to know this exciting city.

Very educational - Our guide, Juan was very interesting and knowledgeable about the history of Cali. We enjoyed our visit to the Cristo del Rey and the Parque de Los Gatos. I will say if you aren't accustomed to hot, sunny exposure, walking long distances, and climbing hilly areas, this is not the tour for you. Overall, our experience was enjoyable.
