Well worth the visit - Brilliant day out to the floating village . Was amazed by the size of it . Went in dry season so we could walk through the village. Nan was our guide really informative and gave us plenty of water on a hot sunny day . 5 stars for me

Loved Siem Reap - Amazing place to see and people very friendly, food is amazing and a visit to the restaurant helping street kids was great, definitely recommend going. lots of people for sunrise at Angkor Wat but we felt it was unnecessary to set off for there so early, 8 am was a better start time. Floating village was a disappointment and expensive, we went as we thought we would be missing out but all of us agree we wouldn't recommend(5 of us), so glad we started our tour here to see the difference between old and new cities.

Interesting - It was interesting but walking the village in the heat for too long. Wear old shoes as very muddy in parts. Would suggest only for people with medium or more fitness

Véry disappointing trip versus expectation from description - From pick up until arrival at the floating village it was a 2 hour bus journey - much longer than expected. We had 1 guide for a group of around 60 people (3 buses) so very difficult to hear what he was describing and made everything rather slow. Boat journey was not good - got stuck for quite some time & really nothing to see. Only worth doing trip at time of year when houses are actually ‘floating’

Avoid this tour. Just a waste of money - We were around 50 people in the group. The guide talked to the people at the back of the bus. No mic so I couldn’t hear anything being seated in the front. We waited like 30 minutes in the bus. It was so crowded at the ticket booth. The guide then came and told those who wanted to go to the rest rooms to go. They had 5 minutes and could buy souvenirs at the same time. We boarded a boat with no life vests. It was traffic jam on the muddy river. Then, we stopped and walked through the village. The guide only talked to those near him. We, then, took the boat again to go to another jammed pier to buy a $5,5 ticket to get on a small boat and go between trees, in the mangrove. A 20 minutes ride that takes you to another pier which is in fact a bar/restaurant to wait for the sunset. Then we returned. If you can avoid this money money business.
