- Siem Reap Province - When it is less hot, you will be picked up from your hotel then jump in a jeep with your guide and drive out of Siem Reap along the rural path, where you will see rice paddies, birds, water buffalo, lotus pond, Khmer typical houses, local monasteries, and village scenery. Walkthrough the village and you get a chance to interact with local peoples, observe their organic vegetable gardens and daily activity of the local people. Visit a Buddhist monastery; learn about Buddhism in Cambodia through the painting, the statues or you may also interact directly with monks. Stop at the rice field with a good atmosphere for sunset, drinks are served on the spot while you enjoy watching the sunset.
After sunset, we drive back to the hotel around 6:30 PM.

Couldn’t recommend more!! - Had the best time on this Tour, such a good way to see the countryside (and less touristy) bits of Cambodia. Beers watching the Sunset over a rice field has to be a highlight… and of course the best tour guide which made it so much more special and personal.

Don’t miss it!!! - We did the sunset-tour with Leang Veng. We travelled in an ex-USArmy military Jeep which was an experience in itself. This was one of the best experiences we ever had in our travels. Leang is a super-knowledgable and very experienced guide who introduced us into Cambodean countryside outside Siem Reap and daily life of the local people. Highlight of the tour was a stop in the beautiful rice fields to watch the sunset. We learned so much about the country from Leang who became a friend. I strongly recommend this tour! Matthias

Perfect experience - Leang is a kind, fun and very knowledgable guide. We loved spending time with him. The tour was perfect, a lovely insight into the countryside and life around Siem Reap. We learnt so much and had a great time! Highly recommended!!

Leang is the best tour guide! Unforgettable. - I spent an amazing evening with Leang Veng, he introduced me to locals and got to really connect and spend time with communities. He knew all the great spots to see the produce and rice farms.
The spot for the sunset was beautiful and unforgettable.
I recommend this highly.

Go see how people live in the countryside - Great trip into the countryside quite an eye opener seeing how the common folk live in Cambodia. Lots of fun driving around in a jeep.

Jeep tour with friends - Our tour guide leang was very friendly and accommodating, he is a local with many ideas on cool spots to stop and experience the countryside, he would teach us how locals use different products from the crops to support their families. At the end take us to a very nice place from which you can watch the sunset. Doing this by jeep gives it a very nice touch !

Fantastic slice of local life, enjoying the surroundings of the countryside. - Our tour with Long was fantastic! Truly a slice of local life, which was exactly what we wanted. The Jeep was such a fun way to get out of the city and enjoy the surroundings of the countryside while experiencing how local people live day to day. Long is such a fun person and really made it feel like we were spending the afternoon being shown around by a friend. Thanks so much for a memorable experience!

Wonderful Drive through the Countryside! - This was an incredible tour through both the city and countryside of Siem Reap. Interacting with the locals and learning more about both the history and day-to-day life of those in the city was wonderful. Long gave us an incredible tour, taught us a ton about the city, and had a great conversation with us. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone interested and looking forward to doing rebooking this experience with Long when in Cambodia again!

Wonderful tour with Long! - Long, our guide, was amazing! He took us to local parts of Siem Reap (mostly more in the countryside) that we had not seen before. We were able to see more into how a local actually lives, without feeling intrusive. We had a lot of questions and he answered all of them candidly! He taught us a lot about Cambodia and the day to day life, in a way where you felt like you were hanging out with a friend. We sipped beers together and watched the sunset. We also got to see lots of animals (water buffalo, goats, many dogs, etc). We passed by a lot of kids outside playing who would wave at you too which was very cute. Overall I would 100% recommend the tour with Long, it was a very casual yet personal tour compared to the typical temple tours!

Amazing Cambodian country side experience! - We had lots of fun during this tour while exploring a more authentic side of Siem Reap in the country side. Water bottles and cold beers were available throughout the trip, which enhanced the experience. Our guide Long was very kind and friendly. We enjoyed awesome conversations about Cambodia. I highly recommend this tour that is full of pleasant surprises.
