  Guests will be picked up from their hotel between 7:30-8:00 am – please be ready in the lobby by 7:30 am. It’s going to be a full day, but every moment will be rewarding.

• Preah Dak - The journey begins with an authentic Cambodian experience. Witness locals in their morning routines, vast green rice fields, and traditional wooden stilt houses. The first stop is the Palm Sugar Village, where families have been producing traditional Cambodian sugar for generations. Observe the entire process from palm tree to sweet, golden crystals.

• Poeng Ta Kho (Amazing Cliff) - This is a significant site – the birthplace of the Angkor Empire. Climb to the top of Kulen Mountain for breathtaking views, and visit the large reclining Buddha carved into the rock. Next, explore the River of a Thousand Lingas – these ancient carvings in the riverbed are truly astonishing. The viewpoint offers panoramic views across canyons and forests as far as the eye can see. It’s a short walk from the parking area, but the reward is immense.

• Preah Ang Thom Pagoda - Imagine an 8-meter reclining Buddha carved into the mountainside – a site visited by pilgrims for 1,000 years. • 1000 Lingas - Thousands of sacred fertility symbols carved into the riverbed by 11th-century priests, transforming flowing water into holy water for the entire Angkor kingdom.

• Phnom Kulen Waterfall - This is where the day becomes truly enjoyable. Crystal-clear pools fed by limestone-filtered mountain water, with a picnic on smooth rocks and waterfalls as the soundtrack. Then, take a refreshing swim in the cold water, so clear you can see every pebble.

While some boats may become stuck, and smaller canoes are unable to traverse the jungle forest, these challenges add to the thrill of the experience. The dry season in floating village of Kompong Phluk may not be the ideal time to visit for those seeking postcard-perfect photos, but it offers a chance to witness a facet of the village’s daily life that is not typically seen. We recommend visitors to embrace this rare chance to witness a different facet of this incredible destination and truly get a different taste of life in the village.
• Dress code: All visitors are not allowed to wear as shorts as you want for this experience. Please make sure that your knees and shoulders are covered.
• For small-group tour is limited to 15 participants to ensure a more personal experience from our guide.
• The valid pass of Angkor pass can be used to visit the Beng Mealea temple. So if you have still have it, please bring it with you for its visit. Otherwise, you have to buy a new Angkor pass of 1-day (US$10 per person)

• For lunch, there is a vegetarian option like fried rice vegetable with eggs and fried spring rolls, but no vegan option.
