• Southwest National Park - Soaring over Hobart’s eastern suburbs and the Derwent River, the flight will proceed down the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, past Recherche Bay to Tasmania’s southernmost point, South East Cape. Here, civilization is left behind as the journey continues into the expansive southwest wilderness, following the South Coast Track to Melaleuca.

The breathtaking Southwest National Park is the core of Tasmania’s wilderness, offering some of the most pristine and remote natural beauty in the world.

Upon arrival at Melaleuca, guests will board a tour boat for a cruise into Bathurst Harbour, an untouched waterway twice the size of Sydney Harbour.

Visitors will explore the remote Celery Top Islands and enjoy walks in the wilderness, providing a chance to experience unspoiled landscapes while breathing the world’s cleanest air. A remote location will be chosen for a delightful lunch featuring Tasmanian produce and wine.

Returning to Melaleuca, there will be opportunities to explore the area, including a visit to the Deny King Bird Hide to see the rare and endangered Orange-Bellied Parrot, and the award-winning Needwonnee walk.

In the late afternoon, the aircraft will be boarded again for the return flight to Hobart, passing by the stunning Federation Peak and Mt Picton, over Huonville and Hobart city.
