Excellent Company To Book With - Prior to booking I used their WhatsApp message option to ask a couple of questions, I received a really quick response.
Booked online for 5 people, quick and easy.
Unfortunately on the day of the trip two of us were unwell and didn't go. On arrival a nice lady said that we could get a refund, we didn't ask for this at all and it was offered by the company.
Because I booked online we couldn't be given a cash refund so I messaged on WhatsApp again and within a very short time they had replied and provided a refund.
Great communication and the refund given when it was not their fault is more than I would have expected.

FERRY SALOU CAMBRILS - Nice walk from Salou to Cambrils. We took the ferry in the morning to the port of salou, spent the day in cambrils and in the afternoon returned to salou with the last ferry

Excellent service, excellent staff (especially Marcos)!!! - Excellent service with top class staff!
We were on a round trip from Salou to Cambrils. Very efficient service and excellent staff both in ticket office and on board.
Must give a special shout out to Marcos who could not have done any more to help us and also others on the trip who had additional needs. He is a genuine credit to your company.

Nice way to get to Cambrills from Salou - A nice way to get from Salou to Cambrills. It cost about £11-12 for a return ticket. Journey takes about 25 mins. There was plenty of room up and downstairs when we went on a Sunday. Your never far from the coastline the whole journey.
Make sure you check the times as theres only about 4 trips each way each day (and nothing between 12-3pm).
Just a couple of 'observations'. We had to queue in searing heat at Salou harbour. They need to get some sort of shelter where the ferry picks up from (like a simple bus shelter). Also, there was no Ferry rep at the queue point in Salou. Most of the people happily queued properly, but one large family thought it was okay to just skip the queue and walk to the front.
Cambrills is very nice and we would happily go there again.

No more for the price - The cruise is not exceptional. I did not understand that we had to wait 2 hours in cambers to enjoy the return. So we took a bus back to Salou. 14 eur for a trip of 30 minutes or less without breathtaking views is expensive paid. Even 10 euros for a one-way trip. The catamaran would certainly have been more appreciated by my children and myself.

Rude staff member - We have been coming to Salou for years and always enjoy the excursion by ferry to Cambrils. Last week we were there again and asked for information and times. To our shock, we were very rudely addressed by a man who introduced himself as Benny. He said the excursion was very expensive and not worth it!! That they're making fun of people. In all these years we have always been very well helped and properly spoken to. Strange that such a company should employ such staff, who do everything they can not to sell us the tickets.

Absolutely awful!!!! - Be warned!!! If the weather is bad they won't sail and you are left stranded. I had to phone to find out what was happening and the lady was VERY RUDE. Someone should have come to the dock to let us know or put a clear sign st the ticket office bit no, nothing
Eventually an hour later we were picked up begrudgingly. This system needs sorting out. We had to help a couple from Hungary. Our car park ended up costing us more and we did not get a return boat trip.

Poor service - I had a trip with this boat, and it went fine. However, when I got off the boat, I realized I had forgotten my bag on board. The boat had already left, so I called immediately, just five minutes later. The service I received was terrible.
First, I was told to WhatsApp a number that didn’t even work. When I called them again, I was told, “Moment,” and then they just hung up on me, and I didn’t get a call back. I emailed afterward, only to hear three days later, “We didn’t find your bag, have a nice day.”
This was their last trip of the day, so the boat was completely empty except for the staff. If they had taken me seriously and helped, they could have easily seen the bag there and set it aside for me. I’m deeply disappointed with this poor service after traveling with them.
