Most enjoyable day.. - Well worth cost, we opted for hike around lake that was very informative by guide, Ivan, we came across moose, mother and calf which was awesome. Take good walking shoes, hat, insect repellent, waterproof jacket if rain predicted. Great experience!

A enjoyable learning experience - Our guide/driver, Ivan, was very informative about the various locations we experienced on this tour. It was a enjoyable learning experience that he was anxious to share with us. He was right on time to pick us up, and returning us to our original pickup location. We saw and learned alot with Ivan. We would recommend taking this tour. A

Best tour guide ever !! - Along with the spectacular scenery, we saw elk and eagles. Our guide had extensive knowledge of wildlife, biology, and the different sites we visited. He knew all about Jasper and the surrounding area, and told us stories relating to the devastating wildfires of 2024. He was a wonderful tour guide.

Maligne Valley and Lake Tour - We were lucky enough to have an excellent guide on this tour. Yvonne was extremely knowledgeable on wildlife and the history of the area covered in our tour. The walk at Maligne Lake was a great experience and a close up view of a Moose made the whole experience unforgettable.

Beautiful scenery with a short stroll rather than. Not a hike. - Beautiful scenery, engaging and interesting guide. Very disappointing that ‘hike’ is a short stroll rather than a good walk for the advertised hour and a half. It’s a real pity as there’s plenty of time for a meaningful walk/hike.

Bad Service from Trip Advisor/ Viator - Definitely and sadly NOT according to iternary. Highlights listed were not covered. When I queried.. I was informed by the tour operator Busbud that I had booked via Viator ...it was THEIR responsibility to inform clients that the tour had been changed a year now after the fires. Viator did not update their tours. Thus, the highlight, such as the canyon, etc, was not covered as bridges were burnt....no fault of the fires damage.. The company should amended their packages . Further to this, the tour says they offer BOTTLED WATER . We were not given any water. To me, that's false advertising. I paid in full but got half the deal. I followed it up with Trip advisor/ viator only to be blantenly refused any compensation. They refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge that water was not given. In all honesty, the client was not put 1st when there was a complaint. Even if my complaint about water was acknowledged and an apology in place would have made me feel better.
