Fantastic trip of a lifetime!!! - Our driver Josh went above and beyond! At the end of the day we were supposed to get hot chocolate but none of the busses had hot water for some reason. Josh took the time on his break to find hot water! Much appreciated as it was chilly yesterday! Kiara was excellent as well! The are both extremely knowledgeable about the area and truly seem to love what they do. The entire day was seamless, start to finish. Absolutely 💯 recommend this amazing experience!!!

Brilliant Tour - This transfer/tour was simply brilliant. We were collected outside our Hotel at 8:30 by our driver/guide Chuck. We were advised that the excursion would be around 10 hours which included some stops along the way and a visit to the Columbia Ice-field and a walk on the Glacial Skywalk. Once we set off Chuck began providing amazing information about the wildlife, Flora and Fauna and the Mountains and Glacias of the area. Chuck was amazing it was as if we had our own GeographyProfessor driving the bus he really made the trip for us as unfortunately the first part of our journey there was a lot of low lying cloud. The highlight for us though was when Chuck pulled the bus over as he had spotted two bears by the side of the road. After our final stop at Alabasca Falls, we were then dropped off at our Hotel in Jasper.

Fantastic One Way Option - Tour from Jasper to Banff - We hopped on the one-way tour with Chuck who was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a continuous (and informative) lecture about the areas we visited from start to end. I found the entire trip so relaxing that I nodded off 3-4 times. I highly recommend this all-day trip, as it is filled with beautiful scenery, a super-informative driver, and all the amenities are taken care of along the way - a truly worry-free tour!

Tour guide Tom, unforgettable trip - Absolutely fabulous transfer tour from Jasper to Banff. Took in all the amazing sights and given plenty of opportunities to take those unforgettable snaps along the way. Our tour guide Tom was exceptional. Made the whole trip memorable with all his local knowledge and guidance. Thanks Tom and Sundog 😂👍

Just the BEST - I can absolutely recommend this tour. We saw a black bear and other animals. Our driver/guide was Sean and he enthusiastically shared his knowledge. As well as the spectacular Athabasca and Sunwapta Falls, we visited the Columbia Icefield and walked on the Skywalk. Too many other things to mention (but the lunch provided was delicious!). Just do it - it was worth every cent.

Best organized tour I've been on - Best tour experience I've ever had with SundogTours. I travel a lot and have been on many many tours but this one was hands down our favorite. Our driver Jeff was funny, professional, nice, personal, organized, and entertaining. (As a side note, he has experience with special needs and my son has Autism) He got us to every destination on time with plenty of time to explore, without feeling rushed. We visited many destinations along the way from Jasper to Banff. Pick up was from our hotel in Jasper and drop off was directly at our hotel in Banff. I couldn't have asked for better service. The drive was safe and in a clean, comfortable, spacious shuttle/van. There were 9 of us on this tour. Jeff explained everything about each destination stop in great detail and thoroughly, esp where is the next indoor bathroom vs porta-potty break. Lunch was provided and it was delicious, apparently homemade by a local Italian diner/chef. My son has food allergies and they were able to accommodate. Food and service 10/10. Would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent value filled trip - This was a long day but filled with breathtaking scenery. There are many stops, plenty of time at each one, and Norm, our guide, was knowledgeable and personable. He was very considerate of the different needs and interests of his passengers and kept us entertained with information and stories of events along the way. The bus was very comfortable, and taking photos through the windows caused no issues.

Awe inspiring tour - Sean is an amazing driver/guide who kept us informed a d entertained for the full 13 hours of the tour from Jasper to Bannf via Athabasca Falls, Sunwapta falls, Columbia Ice Field and many other photo ops. Sadly no free champagne.

Sean's Jasper to Banff bus trip. - Whilst only a fairly short trip from Jasper to Banff, we had such a fantastic experience. Our bus driver was amazing. Sean was so friendly, helpful, informative and funny. He provided us with so much knowledge about the areas we drove through. He made us laugh and gave a lot of insight into the history of the region. What a fantastic employee.

Interesting trip....too long. - Shaun from the beginning had energy and enthusiasm whilst showing us all the sights down the Parkway trip from Jasper to Banff, including Lake Louise and the Glacier....very knowledgeable, an affable and amusing personality. The bus was comfortable, the lunch snack was fresh and tasty....all the stops were of great interest. I have marked this tour down one star less ONLY because we were told in our documents that the trip would have us arrive in Banff by 1800...( we booked an evening meal).... however,.. we didn't arrive until after 2030...too late for our reservation.... We were first to be picked up at 0830 at the Forest Park in Jasper, we were the last to be dropped off at the Elk & Avenue in Banff....more than 12 hours....too long.
