• Lake Louise - Upon reaching Lake Louise, you’ll have up to four full hours to enjoy this world-famous destination at your leisure. There’s no need to rush—just time to soak in the beauty of turquoise waters surrounded by towering peaks and ancient glaciers.

How you choose to spend your time is entirely up to you. Walk along the scenic lakeshore trail and capture postcard-perfect views, rent a canoe and glide across the crystal-clear waters, or simply relax on a bench and absorb the serene mountain atmosphere. For those seeking adventure, Lake Louise serves as a gateway to some of Banff National Park’s most renowned hikes: Lake Agnes Tea House, Little Beehive & Big Beehive, and Plain of Six Glaciers.

Your guide will gladly suggest trails to match your interests, photo-worthy viewpoints, and share tips on how to make the most of your visit. (Please note: your driver-guide will not accompany you on hikes.)

Upon arrival at Lake Louise, the options are endless. You can wander along the lakeshore trail, paddle on the turquoise waters, or set off on one of the renowned hikes in the area. • Minimum Age: 6 years. For safety and comfort, we cannot accommodate children under 6.
• You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
• Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritize your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.
• The mornings at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
• In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
• No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
• We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
