Excellent visit - A very pleasant experience, the cultural tour is a fantastic experience. José on the cultural tour projects a lot of security and passion when talking about the tradition of Costa Rica. The connection of the river with the hot springs of the pools is extraordinary.

An amazing experience - We planned La Leona falls hike, then ziplining and mud baths. It is a good idea to get there earlier in the day to get it all in. We ran out of time and didn't make the mud baths. I also felt a little rushed at the ziplines. The falls hike was more challenging than we expected, but I am soon to be 70. Jose was our guide. He was amazing and so kind and helped me and my husband so much the entire way. He is the best!!! Bernie the owner was also so nice and the man that drove us down to the falls. It was beautiful and a real experience for my family.

Excellent experience - Excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't very crowded, so I appreciated the atmosphere even more. Being immersed in the forest while soaking in the thermal waters was a thrill. A beautiful cultural visit. Excellent lunch. The only thing I wish had been different was the music near the thermal pools. Given the atmosphere, I think the music should be low and relaxing, not loud and pop-y. Also, they should prevent people from shouting for no reason just because they're drunk.

Pura Vida in Action! - I'm not gonna lie, but I was really hesitant to do the zip lining through the rainforest. As a middle aged, non-active woman, I thought it might be too much for me. I was so wrong! I loved! Not too strenuous, but very invigorating! I'd do it again! After zip lining, we had a cultural experience with coffee, pastry, and liqueur tastings. So educational! The visit ended with a long soak by the wet bar in the geothermal springs. Awesome experience!
