We are located at Marina Chac Chi, at kilometer 3.2, next to the Cancun Bay Resort. The entrance to the marina is through the parking lot of the Cancun Bay Resort. Check-in time is half an hour before your scheduled reservation time.

Excellent fun with top guide - Enjoyed both the jet ski and para sailing. Amount of time to enjoy both was perfect. Our guide "Pinky" was helpful and personable. He did a great job getting my wife up and running on the jet ski, even though she was a new rider, and a bit afraid.

Loved this excursion! The... - Loved this excursion! The staff and driver were friendly, they accommodated our needs, and my partner and I found the parasailing to be an extraordinary experience. My man enjoyed the jet skiing.

Cancun best Activities - perfect .very friendly people. we love our activites. it was scary but nice.
The only thing I did not like is the fact that pictures is not include in the reservation.

This one is a must - Was a fantastic experience first time parasailing and with a bad ankle they made sure I had a great soft landing also saw so many marine life from above then the jetski was so much fun

Fun experiences - Very fun experiences! The parasailing was relaxing and the jet skiing was exciting. Both were worthwhile activities. The company picked me up, took me to the place where I did the activities, and then took me back to my hotel, no hassle. It was a good experience.

The parasailing staff was... - The parasailing staff was professional, and we felt quite safe. The time in the air was awesome. It was our first jet-ski experience, and the waves made it rather challenging. If I try again, I will do it on a calm lake where I can learn how to handle the craft.

Jetsku/Parasailin tour - We did jet ski and parasailin tour. Jet skis you have a small area you have to stay in ,I wanted to go up and down the beach but that was a big NO. As for the parasailin that part was good and Captain and crew were great , never did it before so I liked it.

Overpriced with Hidden Fees - I was very disappointed with the parasailing experience—it’s highly overpriced and feels like a tourist trap. The advertisement claimed the experience lasts about 30 minutes, but what they don’t tell you is that the actual time spent harnessed and in the air is only about 12 minutes.
On top of that, the video and photo packages are sold at an exorbitant rate of $60, and unexpected "dock fees" are added, which were not mentioned anywhere in the ad. Between parasailing and jet skiing, we spent over $350, and it was definitely not worth the steep cost.
The jet ski rental was also frustrating. While it was supposed to last 30 minutes, they called me back after only about 18 minutes.
The staff is friendly and pleasant, but unfortunately, the operation as a whole feels like it’s designed to squeeze as much money as possible from tourists. I would not recommend this experience.

Scam - I paid for parasailing and jet skis, then was contacted thru what's app and this app saying weather didn't permit. I requested a refund,but was insisted to take replacement of some bull. I'm very disappointed and want my 259.60 back asap. The day was ruined! I want a refund
