Great shuttle service, highly recommend - We scheduled transportation services from Cancun Airport to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal, the round trip ferry to Isla Mujeres, and transportation from our Cancun hotel to Cancun Airport at 5 am. They were superb. They communicated well before the travels and if you had questions, you could easily contact them and the agent would contact you back in less than a few hours. Definitely recommend them, and would definitely use them again if I'm in Cancun or Isla!

Smooth and simple transportation - We have been traveling to Mexico for over 10 years. This was the first time using Happy Shuttle Cancun. We will never use another transportation service now. Such a well organized operation from being to end. I chose the option to include ferry tickets. That was a big plus. For the price, you can't go wrong. Every Happy Shuttle employee we encountered was super nice and helpful. Don't change a thing. Keep up the already excellent service 👍

- This was hands down the easiest experience with transportation I’ve ever had. They were ready and waiting when we got to the airport to take us to the ferry. They set up our return pick up, which we ran late to due to the ferry but they were still there waiting for us! Will absolutely use again!!

A safe way, in nice vans with AC, to get from the Cancun Airport to your Resort /Ferry and back to the Airport - Getting from the Airport to the hotel or Ferry can be stressful when you read about Taxis and ghost taxis ripping you off. Now If you do it right, a taxi could be cheeper but this is all pre-paid online in a safe and secure transaction, with a guaranteed clean ride with AC. Taxis are hit and miss on that one! We exited the Airport and off to the right we found the Happy Shuttle representative. right on the shirt and clipboard. The best part is he had a receipt with our name on it, THATS how you know you are in the right place and not with someone trying to scam you. You will get an email with confirmation for time and place as well when booking. Have that handy just incase. We were led to our shuttle that dropped us right off at the Ferry. Our driver, Eric I think, had really good English and loved to talk about where we were from and interesting facts about Cancun. Super Friendly. I highly recommend spending the extra money and taking the private round trip. There is a reason they are ranked number 2 behind the Ultramar Ferry. Our driver found this quite funny as "one is transport for water and one for ground...Not the same." They really they should be ranked #1 for ground transportation for tourists visiting Cancun.

Isla Mujeres - Happy with the service made it simple and easy will use again in the future. Had no issues rescheduling pickup time because I was a little early.

Happy Shuttle: All About Their Customer Service! - Happy Shuttle is amazing and all about their customer service. When a leg of my flight got cancelled in May, they desperately tried to contact me telling me that my flight had landed three hours ago and they had been looking for me all that time. They wanted me to contact them to let them know that I was okay and what had happened. I found that very impressive! Now that I have experienced them in person this past week, I am no less impressed! Keep up the great work!

Excellent - Punctual. I was able to change my pickup time without any problems. Good service via WhatsApp. Very professional drivers and vehicles in perfect condition. Everything was great at better prices than other companies. I would just suggest they do something to make it easier to find them when leaving the terminal.
