special night - a escape in an amazing performance, party all night, drinks and more. Love this place, servers attending you all the time, the shows and performance were one of the best part of this place

Good entertainment - Extremely good entertainment. Dancing show with food and beverage free on VIP place. All good with the performances and the place was organized and extremely good environment.

A Great Show - The show was brilliant. Really enjoyed all of the performances and I would defo recommend. Pros - Entertained thought. - Table service was quick for drinks. - Good air con. - Friendly staff. - Food was good. Cons - Paid for the gold package but the line took ages to get in. - People who weren’t gold hovering behind me and over my shoulder to see the acts.

Top!!! - Top. Really top. Reading some reviews was kind of worried, but very well worth it. It's a showhouse. Top place, well served drink, very quiet to get in and out. We picked up the gold, arrived at 20:20 and stayed at the bottom bar and went up at 21: 00. We picked up a good place to watch and close to the bar. Top care. Clean bathrooms. Very well produced shows. Worth the experience without a doubt. We left at 2 a.m. Top!!!

Amazing, Wild, but Pricey - Amzing, insane, and crazy. Better than a Vegas show. Take Studio 54 and combine with Cirque de Soleil then sprinkle in Moulin Rouge. BUT… also priced like Vegas. Gold ticket 175$USD gets you upstairs but then the hard upsell starts. You want a chair? You want to be closer? You want drinks included? That upsell will get you front row balcony close to the stage with 10 drinks, and that was was an extra 100$USD person (negotiated down from $200 per person). Well worth the price. Total with tip 600$ for two people. I justified it by comparing it to a Vegas show price. Overall: Amazing Just wish they were upfront about the actually pricing policy.

Legal experience but overestimated - I went to Coco Bongo Cancún with Gold Member ticket and found the experience legal, but far from inevitable — especially considering the high value of the ticket. The house has good performances, lively music, engaging visual production and a festive atmosphere all the time. The Gold Member ticket made a difference: we avoided queues at the entrance, we had access to a reserved seating space and the service of the waiters was excellent — fast, attentive and efficient throughout the night. This definitely made the experience more comfortable, especially in such a busy environment. The drinks were good, the snacks served as well, and the rhythm of the night is lively from beginning to end. However, by the price paid, the cost-benefit leaves nothing to be desired. It was a fun night, but it did not exceed expectations. Overall, it is good for those who want to live something different and busy, but it is good to align expectations and consider whether the investment makes sense for your travel style.

Amazing show - not so great seating/drinks. - Seating: We booked our tickets online and went for the gold package. However, our seats weren’t great as we were on the top tear. We couldn’t see over the heads of other guests and felt too far away from the show. We were very quickly offered seating on the ground floor for an additional cost (65 dollars). The seating was just a row of steps with a very small table, not big enough for four people to sit down or stand around. This was really disappointing. As the area filled we had little to no room to sit or stand. We were ushered off the second step we used so each of us could sit so that tables behind us could be sold to other customers. This really impacted on our experience and as a result we left the show early. Food and drink: We had a small burger and a handful of chips which was enough to tide us over. Included in the gold ticket purchase was a drinks package - this was not worth the money. We were given a bottle of flavoured vodka and tonic but not everyone in the group wanted to drink this. Getting to the nearest bar was impossible and no service was offered to get these for us. As a result little of the drinks package was used. The show: Wow! It really is amazing and worth a visit. Don’t but a package and just get in the queue early to get good seating.

Dont buy gold member - The worst experience. If you buy gold member you gonna loose money. Dont buy this experience. NOT WORTH it, we came july 2025………

Not for us - Slow to get going, big breaks between the actual entertaining, the entertainment was just aerial shows and lasers, nothing I hadn’t seen before, no story or rhyme or reason to anything, the rest was just brash, young girls flashing their boobs on the crowd cam, waiters pouring spirits into guests mouths. I kept thinking something will happen in a minute but it didn’t just more of the same. I’ve been better entertained at a high school end of term show. Couldn’t wait to leave wasn’t our thing at all. The waiter was very attentive and kept the drinks flowing faster than we could drink them for a few tips. The hotdog/mini burger wasn’t great, the chips with it were ok. We had gold members tickets the seats were good in comparison to others but squashed and restricting no room to dance. The ladies toilet is 1 single cubicle that doesn’t lock with a massive security woman watching your every move, I presume they have problems with drugs. Couldn’t find the way out, we were shoved out a fire escape. If you don’t want tequila pouring down your neck and you aren’t into flashing your boobs I’d probably say don’t bother.

Not quite up to the hype - Very badly over rated. Over sold and mediocre shows at best. VIP seating is actually worse than simply standing at the general admission floor section.
