Highly accommodating for all! - Was very sceptical to go on this trip as I love the sea and wildlife but my 10 year old doesn’t (our family is just us two). However the captain and tour guide made my son Alex feel so comfortable and welcome. They couldn’t have done enough for him from start to finish and I really really appreciate it. The trip was brilliant too. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Dan.

This was an active and... - This was an active and energetic tour! KikĂ©, our guide, and Jorge, our photographer were excellent as well as our captain, Juanito! It was just the two of us with them and we appreciated the private-feel. We saw some incredible wildlife, a couple shipwrecks, and the “underwater art museum” for a perfect afternoon excursion.

Excellent Tour and Professional Operation with Caveat - Five of us went on this tour with skipper Charly along with Delsy, who guided us in the water. Our granddaughter is the one non-swimmer and first-timer at snorkeling. They did a fantastic job navigating to the multiple sites and guiding us to get the most out of each area. Delsy pointed out numerous places to dive down to see lobster, eel, and other attractions - and we also got long looks at two sea turtles. The whole operation was very professional and safe. The water is beautiful and there were a great number of fish and sea life. The drawback was that the open water was fairly rough with a good current, so our granddaughter struggled some to get comfortable with being in the water. They provided her a lifering to hang onto and eventually she was able to calm down and enjoy the water. Overall we all had a good time - but I would suggest that non-swimmers and first-time snorkelers should find someplace calmer to practice first and become comfortable in the water. I highly recommend this company, despite the drawbacks.

The captain, the guide,... - The captain, the guide, and the photographer were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. The trip is nice; the first two stops are combined. You see the coral reef and then the statues. It was cool, but it was extremely hard to see anything. The turtle spot was pretty empty of wildlife and was hard to see as well. The shipwrecks were the best parts and awesome to see. Tons of fish, barracuda specifically. The negatives were that we could barely see anything the first 3 stops because of the sand being kicked up from the waves in the more shallow areas. Also, my husbands fin broke, his life jacket was leaking air, and his face mask kept fogging. They replaced his fin no problem. The sand and iffy visibility isn’t their fault, but I wouldn’t recommend snorkeling in those areas between January-March when the wind is so strong. They did have facilities to rinse off and change into dry clothes after which was nice. Overall, decent experience!

BE INFORMED BEFORE YOU GO! - Ok...I know I need to be nice, but people need to know the truth! I know how to snorkel, but other members of family did not. They had us try on gear took us to steps and made us learn to snorkel in minutes. Then they took us to small fishing boats where we had to balance weight continually. Waves were high and scary! Last day of March! Dropped us off in the middle of ocean...huge waves! Really? All my family hung onto the one workers life preserver with panic eyes. I helped my grandsons navigate the snorkel and started swimming. Only the small silver fish at first drop off. Also trying to get on and off of the boat was so painful! 2nd drop we say Dori fish and the fingers. Unfortunately I started puking after the 2nd drop. Had to go back to shore after the captain threw ice cold (ice cube) water on me twice and kept saying I shouldn't have ate. I took 2 meclizine before going out and can handle other snorkel trips, but waves too intense. The other members said they only seen 1 turtle, a ton of seaweed and the highlight was the last drop seeing the sunken boat with orange fish. After paying $20 extra fee for environmental tax I wasted $100 for an experience that I couldn't complete. They need a bigger boat, a ramp going up and down into ocean like other boats. Be careful and know what you are getting into. If this isn't scary to you do it, but others that are prone to motion sickness even with pills, don't go. Take a tour with a barrier reef that helps with the waves. These waves were incredibly fierce! Our waiters at the Marriott said always at HOLY WEEK they are huge and scary!
