Do not look through these guys - So be prepared you will pay $20 per person docking fee when you get there you’re gonna be so early bring lots of money because you’re gonna wanna feed yourself and buy yourself something to drink. It cost money to use the restrooms when you finally get on the catamaran They feed your drinks immediately alcohol. Before they even start talking to you then everybody gets seated and you have someone standing upfront giving you directions this person was loud and obnoxious. He never told us that we couldn’t drink if we wanted to go snorkeling so upon asking for another drink, he said no I’m not giving you one if you’re going snorkeling when the whole boat was fed alcohol immediately I still went snorkeling and he told us that if we weren’t really strong swimmers and repeated it like 14 times not to go snorkeling he scared the crap out of me when I got to go snorkeling. It was just fine. He said we would be snorkeling for a long time and you had to be a strong swimmer no you didn’t. You had a life jacket on and it was the easiest snorkel ever so don’t be afraid. Then we got to Isla Mujeres and we spent hours in the town bring lots of money cause you’re gonna want to eat again because the only thing they give you is drinks on the boat. so then after hours of being on the island, they will take you to another island where they will feed you and it is a buffet with only hotdog white rice with a little bit of orange coloring, buttered noodles and pulled chicken. It was the worst buffet I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t know why we went to a different island. It was discouraging. We were all tired and we were all hungry. at the dock, our guides admitted to the fact that they were high and drunk and maybe that’s why that guy was screaming at us like we were children. He was rude and when I confronted him on it, he told me he wasn’t giving me a ride back. I of course, got back on the catamaran and went back cause there’s no way they’re leaving me on an island

Avoid and heed this warning! - Specific to Cancún Catamaran to Isla Mujeres + Snorkel, Open Bar & Lunch I am going to get out in front of the company’s response to my review and encourage you to trust me. Their response will be listed below. They will do what they have to regarding damage control from my honest review. ***Please avoid this booking at all cost*** This trip was advertised as a family friendly experience and you can see that for yourself by looking over the booking. The trip was unbeknownst to my wife and I, booked with a bachelor party consisting of 14 heavily intoxicated young adults prior to boarding. To make the experience more unpleasant, a bachelorette party with a party of 10 was booked (cue the response from the company here). This group was also heavily intoxicated prior to boarding and the crew recognized this. Instead of addressing this issue, they continued on to what would be a nightmare trip for the rest of us (yes, I did have a drink and have no issue with people having a fun time) However, the drinks were pushed so hard that the crew was having a difficult time maintaining decorum amongst the passengers. A young group of adult woman were approached by the bachelor party and were harassed for sometime until I had to intervene by saying this groups was not interested in being part of the men’s bachelor dance. Moving on. We were initially told the weather would not permit snorkeling but I was later told in private by two crew members the snorkeling was canceled due to these groups intoxication levels that were recognized during pre-boarding. This was a dishonest statement made and we were not recouped the difference. The restrooms had about 2-3 inches of standing urine that was not drained causing you to tip-toe in pee. I have photos if staff dispute this. On the return trip, we were told that a group of 10 did not board because they did not make it in time. One of the staff members filmed himself asking us “what time did I tell you to board?” He did this to try and create a video log to make it seem as if this group of 10 “just didn’t make it”. It just so happens that I ran into this group and they advised the crew that due to these unpleasant experience and harassment, they would privately be returning via a water taxi. To top it off, the Captain of the boat went around swing an adult male toy from his waist and pushing himself in front of woman’s face to include my wife during the return trip. In closing, everything I have commented to is true. There is no room for misinformation, interpretation or sad feelings. I am simply trying to warn you.
