Best experience - Mosquito and his crew were excellent! So funny and entertaining the entire time! This excursion was fun, exciting, boozy and just an all around good time! I would definitely do this again.

Best excursion for Spring Breakers - This trip was well worth our money and I would highly recommend, especially for spring breakers. The customer service was excellent. Drinks were not super strong but definitely bottomless. Snorkeling was very fun, but pretty quick and I would definitely recommend being a strong swimmer (but even if you’re not, the rest of the tour is still worth it). The buffet had options for everyone and there was plenty of time to explore Isla Mujeres. Overall, the trip was so good we were considering booking it again the next day.

you only have to pay the rent of the golfcar for the roundtrip in Downtown islas mujeres if you want

Worth it - It was excellent, our guide Pancho went above and beyond with the attention. He even drove us around in the golf kart and showed us the isla mujeres. I will definitely go back. And booking the excursion with this app went smoothly. There were other people that booked the excursion somewhere else, and they had problems with unknown fees.

Fun - It was a wonderfull experience. We enjoyed the day trip very much. The catamaran crew was excellent they were funny and made it easy to enteract with other people.

Bad Shuttle, Food + Beverage Services - Shuttle was 30 mins late picking us up. The drinks were very watered down on the boat and the lunch was not the best. On the way home, the shuttle missed our exit to the Hotel Zone and was stuck in traffic for an hour. He said he couldn't get into the zone and said we should get off the shuttle so he could get other guests to their destination. We ended up getting off the shuttle and calling an Uber to get home. They were able to get us into the Hotel Zone and to our hotel in a little over 15 minutes.

Terrible - Was the worst excursion we ever had. Was told we could snorkel paid our price got there. Was then told we could not snorkel because of our age. Would have been nice to know that before we booked it and we would’ve booked something else.

my schedule 12 o’clock in the meeting point in cancun , Quintana Roo, Mexico, i was at 10 o’clock let taxi driver get th - my schedule 12 o’clock in the meeting point in cancun , Quintana Roo, Mexico, i was at 10 o’clock let taxi driver get there, there is not place like meeting point. even the name was wrong, i suggest your company send people to check the meeting point, so, you can experience how bad it is! i feel so sad, i pay taxi 30 us$ , but got nothing, and have to back my hotel, the time was running out, can not get port on time. so, i did not go, i wish your company can refund my money!

Would not recommend - Terrible, first of all let me say I'm a long time consumer of booking excursions via viator and they have mainly been very good. However i paid for this Excursion thinking I have already paid the entire cost. Only to be told upon arrival that there is an additional fee per person of 800 Mexican pesos. To note, that was the second Excursion in cancun that charged that additional fee. Then there was an additional fee of 6% to use a credit card. The total for my family was an additional 187 US dollars. Which they charged me twice for. I told them they charged twice and showed them the proof on my bank acct and they insisted they didn't, despite me then confirming with the bank that the transaction went through twice. Now I'm back home and have to dispute charges with my bank. The boat was small with barely any place to sit or shade. The drinks were watered down and there is no actual bar for drinks. The snorkeling was ok but the waters were rough. The island was extremely crowded and the lunch was subpar and bathrooms had no running water. The staff for the most part working on the boat was great but that was the only thing positive. Overall, I would skip this one.
