This is a MUST and completely worth it! - I can’t imagine visiting these locations without a tour guide. Rodrigo and Carmen were amazing. Carmen was a wealth of knowledge and made this a magical experience my family will never forget.

Excellent Tour. Recommended - An excellent trip made by the Knowledge, organisation and help of Carmen our guide and Rodrigo our driver. Chichen is a big site and Carmen was able to navigate the time we had there to give us the best information about, and experience of, the Mayan city. The Cenote visit was much needed after the heat of Chichen and the buffet was very good. Ek Balaam is a smaller site but well worth the time. A long day but v worthwhile. Thanks again

Great pyramids and cenote experience - Early arrival really helps. You not only beat the crowd, but also avoid the high temperatures in the afternoon. Our guide Carmen is super helpful and knowledgeable about the sites we visit. Cenote experience is awesome. Not crowded at all.

Fun day - This was a great trip for my family of 5. Long day from Puerto Moreles but well worth it. Eder was an informative and fun guide. Rodrigo kept us safe on the drive and hydrated at each stop!

Super experience - This tour was great! Our guide Eder and driver Rodrigo were fantastic. Lower traffic at Chichén Itzá and before the heat of the day set in. Cenote dio was incredibly refreshing and lunch buffet delicious. EkBalam was a great way to end the day and a whole new way to experience Mayan ruins. Well worth the additional cost for smaller group!

Perfect Tour of the Mayan Ruins - We had a wonderful tour with Carmen and Rodrigo. They picked us up on time (even a little early) and we made it to Chichén Itzá before the crowds arrived. There were 11 guests in the van, which wasn’t bad at all. Carmen gave us a history of the Mayans on our way and was very knowledgeable once we arrived. We had the perfect amount of time at each stop. I was a little hesitant about the Cenote stop, because we’ve visited several in the past, but it ended up being a wonderful reprieve midday. We had the whole thing almost to ourselves, which was nice. We enjoyed Ek Balam even more than Chichen Itza because we were able to climb the ruins and have more interaction. It was also way less crowded. My only wish is that the taxes/entrance fees were included in the price of the tour, rather than having to pay the day of. Overall, I would rate this tour as excellent and recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Chichén Itzá & Ek Balam Tour - We had a brilliant day visiting Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam with Carmen (tour guide) and Rodriguez (driver). Transport was modern, clean, and comfortable. Carmen’s knowledge of Mayan history and culture was excellent, and she started sharing fascinating information soon after we set off. By the time we arrived at Chichén Itzá we felt like experts. Both sites were incredible, and the view from the top of Ek Balam is breathtaking and well worth the climb. The cenote stop was great too, with nice food and a relaxing break. The second site even had some friendly resident dogs that added character. The early start is definitely worth it to beat the crowds. Thanks Carmen and Rodriguez for a fantastic trip. Highly recommended.

Great trip and tour guide! - The trip was great and Carmen is one of the best tour guides we ever had! She explained everything well and was very patient to answer any questions. All 3 parts of the tour were really good and we got to Chichén Itzá early enough before big crowds. The cenote area was also very nice, although there wasn’t too much time there. Ekbalam was a different type of experience where we could climb on the structures we very few people around. We definitely recommend this tour and the guide!
