The Mayan Pyramid Tour - The cenote visit was incredibly beautiful. The Chichen Itza tour was very detailed and informative. A very memorable experience.

Must do excursion - Absolutely brilliant day, we changed to hotel pick up at the last minute with no issues at all, communication was good and the guides were excellent.

The guides were priceless! - Great day with amazing guides! Learned so much and had the best time! A little confusing being picked up at hotel and switching busses, but figured it out.

A tour you have to do because of the temple complex, this one is incredibly impressive, take drinks and money! - The temple complex is really impressive and breathtaking. We were glad we could see it. Unfortunately, you can no longer walk on the temples only on the complex and there. The guides were fine. The bus was way too crowded, every seat was occupied. On such a long day with so many people it was much too stuffy from the air at the end and of course everyone also sweated due to the heat. That was very uncomfortable. Even the food, was included in it, was really not delicious. It was edible, but good food is different. Buffet form with mass handling. The guides should consider whether they prefer to explain everything in Spanish and then in English - and not switch every sentence over and over again, as they do on other tours. This is very strenuous to always pay attention to, so that you include any information. It should also be noted that money is demanded everywhere from the life jacket to the drinks. With the buffets, in general we felt that a lot of attention was paid to spending money. If you pay with a credit card, for example, you have to pay another 4% more, that's nowhere. The tour of the temple complex itself was really good it was very informative. I would have liked to have taken even more with me, but I struggled myself with all the information that mathematically all can track and remember constructively. The other two stops could have been omitted. The waterhole was way too full. Again you had to leave tax or money for a life jacket and you didn't have so much time to go swimming. Generally, it was very crowded as I said. The picturesque town was nice, but also there too little time and you should only get something to eat there briefly. Those two points. As I said, we think it could have been omitted.

Apart from the lack of... - Apart from the lack of organization with pick up (they left me waiting for half an hour without telling me anything, until I called and they sent someone to get me, making me think they would have actually left me there if I hadn't called), the tour was good and the guide was very knowledgeable. It's a full on day but you get to see and do a lot.

Mediocre excursion. Too... - Mediocre excursion. Too rushed, way too many people on the bus for 1 tour guide. Would not do this one again…

A good tour - The tour, in general, is good but a lot of time is wasted when leaving because everyone, and there are many people who go, in our case three buses, has to go to the office to pay for the tour, which leaves you They pick you up at the hotel at approximately 7:30 and you don't leave until around 9. Payment could be made by another means or, as in other agencies, directly to the guide, and it would save a lot of time. Chichen is more than 2 hours from Cancun The food is served around 11:30/12 in a very crowded place but it is correct. Both Chichén Itzá, Valladolid and the Cenote are very worth it. We had two guides. Excellent was the “support” who accompanied us at all times through Chichén Itzá and explained it to us with great interest and professionalism.

Mixed feelings; great culture spoilt by commercialism - Guides very knowledgeable and Chichester Itza is impressive and Cenote is pretty. However the trip was spoilt by too much time at the shop and an unnecessary short stop on the way back in a town. Too much time spent trying to sell us things at over the top prices. Give more time to the two sites we paid to see and more free time at them. Bus broke down but great effort sorting taxis. Price good in comparison to hotel excursion but watch for the added state taxes.

Not recommend - The good thing about this tour was that they started on time at 7:10AM Things I didn't like are - He stopped at some artifacts store place and wasted 30mins asking us to shop, +15mins explaining something that could be done quicker. There was really only one store and everything was over priced. We bought some chichen itza souveniers that was 5x compared to the price that was sold for by local vendors infront of chichen itza - when we went to valloid the traffic was backed up so much that it caused a lot of delay - the time we got dropped back at our hotel was 9:40pm - Also keep in mind, this tour does cenote first and then chichen itza (if that matters)
