Memorizing - Xavier was excellent guide, trip was mind blowing, the food was awesome. Great people with awesome attitudes.

Great trip and wonderful service. - The trip was long but well worth the time. The censors was exceptionally nice to swim and I felt really safe wearing a life jacket, lunch was excellent and the waiter was very attentive bringing drinks during the trip. Chenchen Itza was very crowded and the guide provided excellent background on the Mayan civilization. The best part was I forgot my phone on the bus and one of the tour guides delivered it to my hotel. What wonderful service that was really above the call.

I loved it!!! - Roberto and Mili were amazing! Very insightful and so friendly and polite. I had an absolutely lovely time. Ellos eran espectaculares! Me encanto el viaje con ellos. A cada pregunta tenían respuesta.

A lot of time wasted trying to sell us items / not deliver information / provide organization - The tour felt rushed and disorganized at points. Initsllly upon booking we were told that the bus would pick us up at the hotel— not true. We were also told we’d do the cenote last— also not true. Organization of people getting drink tickets, bracelets, etc, was overshadowed by guides constantly trying to sell us different things. By the time they were done telling us about items to buy and following us around the gift shop, we were informed we have an hour to both eat and swim in the cenote. At the restaurant, the staff were rude and disorganized. We told them we were a larger group and they gave us a hard time entering despite having paid for it with the tour. The food was limited despite the guides telling us there would be more options. Last, and most importantly, at the end of the tour, the guides basically shamed us into tipping them by saying “thank you is not enough”. The tour was poorly planned and most of the information I received was in regards to purchasing local items not about the area or history. Would probably not book with them again.

Consider Other Adventures - Our experience was good however some areas very misleading…. Let me tell you why… when we initially booked, we were told the drive was about 1 hr and a half however was 3 hours. We purchased the deluxe package, which was to include breakfast which we got a stapled brown bag with a baloney sandwhich with a HAIR in it, a juice box and grain bar, all day drinking, however, we were only offered a total of three drinks (lack of service) the entire trip. Once we got to Chichen Itza, we were not given enough time to shop around, plus swim in the cenote and enjoy the buffet, which was all included. Lifejackets, goggles and towels, plus a locker was not included with our purchase for swimming when we were told it was. So we had to pay an extra $200 pesos to include those. Be mindful that there is no separate English, and Spanish speaker, both comes from one person which majority of communication will be mentioned in Spanish. Good luck! It was very nice to be able to explore Chichen Itza alone without a guide, which you should be aware that you may only be able to see just two pyramids if you walk with the guide. We recommend you explore alone. Being the last adventure for our trip, we found that we still had a good time and made it the best we could.

Do not use - Booked direct with Chichen Itza and the transport was with Mayab Transport. The driver went to the wrong hotel. We tried calling multiple times but no answer. They sent us a video of a hotel lobby that was not our hotel. We waited for around an hour and nothing. Have emailed to request a refund but no reply. Do not use. Very disappointed as was unable to go to Chichen Itza.

Awful Tour - Awful tour. Avoid at cost. Just rent a car and go to chichen itza. 5.5 hours on a bus ride in the morning just to get to a cheap souvenir shop and bad lunch. Its bow 230 pm, left the hote at 7am, and we still have not arrived at Chichen itza

Crap! Stay away - Save your money and go through somewhere else!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would. From the very beginning, we were treated like garbage. We had let them know we had a 3 year old child. We get on the bus and they inform us that either he would have to be on our lap or we would have to pay for a whole other ticket. Fine, he sits on our lap. We get to the swim and lunch, lunch is a buffet, they tried to charge us for our 3 year old again, never brought our 9th chair so we could maybe sit together, wouldn't give us our drinks.... Then we get to Chichen Itza, our guide told us to meet him at the corner of the Great Pyramid.... so we did. He said to meet him at 350, we were there by 327, HE NEVER SHOWED!!!! Then I get calls on my phone after we started to walk out the exit, "you need to get to the bus!" Well. We are in our way there... we tell him he never came to meet us, first he said he was there but never saw us, then said he never told us to meet him!!! Now, we are still stuck on this tour, we stop at the last stop, he very clearly points my family out and says "everything is closed so you guys won't get lost" This is my sons birthday and it was horrible! Save your money, and use a different place! I spent over 700 dollars on this experience, and it was horrible!!! Would not recommend this tour!
