Great day! - Very well organized trip, we were picked up at our hotel and returned there at the end. Sites are amazing, both cenote and Chichen itza is a must to see if you are in Mexico. Tour guides were very entertaining and gave us a lot of information as well. The only thing we didn’t like that much was the first stop where we had lunch and were encouraged to spend money in the shop… this stop could have be much shorter and the last stop in Valladolid should have been at least 1hr (instead of 30min) Here we were rushed to grab some food and take it to the bus. We didn’t have any chance to see the city as we were waiting for food and then our time was up… it was a petty cuz the city is lovely. If you visit Mexico be prepared to tip everyone for everything. I found it a bit uncomfortable that the tour guide was explaining how bad the mexican wages are and how much they are relying on guests to tip them… for us, coming from Europe this is a bit awkward, especially that you had to pay for extra things like a locker and lifewest at the cenote and you pay taxes and the cost of the trip and still at the end they make you feel like you spent the whole day for free and you have to pay them extra cuz they did a great job. And I’m not saying they didn’t do a great job! Just this presentation is unusual for us. but all in all it was a great day, totally recommending it!
