Fantastic day - Ali done in a day . Pancho was a fantastic guide - he was very knowledgeable and pleasant loved chichen tizen and cenote at cenote hasd a very nice lunch. Transportation was very good

It’s an adventure and a Long day. Bring extra money as everything’s not included. Eat Before you go as lunch is later. - Guides were helpful, as a tourist everyone along the way wants to sell you something. No breakfast burrito on the bus but lunch was great and plenty.

Make sure you get a good tour leader! - I booked & received confirmation for a Friday trip, they later told me they needed to move us to Saturday as they had no more space on Fri. They were difficult to reach by phone or message, and my tickets never changed to the new date. The tour sites themselves and time at each location was good. But our tour leader was snarky & unhelpful w my elderly parents, even after I called to ensure we could bring my mother’s wheelchair. He was unprofessional and snapped at me saying the front seats of the bus were only for the disabled. Yes, she’s in a wheelchair. When he realized his mistake, we sat at the front but there were no apologies. Spending 13 hours with him after this start was terrible.

Terrible - This is a very terrible tour service. After booking they sent me an email to be at Coco Bongo between 7:20am to 7:30am toady, March 24th, 2024. I left my hotel before 7am and took a taxi to Coco Bongo. Waited for over an hour before a tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp. He claimed they went to my hotel and I wasn't there. I told him the email instructions were to go to Coco Bongo. He apologized, but did not do anything about how they had inconvenience me. Don't do business with them. They're unprofessional, misleading, and annoyingly unethical.
