- Chichen Itza - Embark on a journey to one of the world’s most renowned ancient sites, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The visit to Chichen Itza will last 2.5 hours, with half of the time dedicated to a guided tour. The remaining time is for taking photos and appreciating the historic structures at your leisure.
Next, the tour will proceed to Saamal Cenote, with a one-way travel time of 1 hour.
- Cenote Saamal - Following the exploration of the ancient site, the tour will continue to the Saamal Cenote, celebrated for its breathtaking beauty and clear waters. Afterward, guests will enjoy a renowned Mayan buffet. There will be a total of 2.5 hours to explore the cenote and savor the buffet.
The tour duration is 1 hour.
- Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico - Lastly, there will be an approximately 30-minute tour, subject to traffic conditions, through the charming city of Valladolid.
Finally, guests will return to the van for transfer back to their hotels. The return journey takes 2 hours.

Incredible day exploring Chichén Itzá - We had an amazing experience visiting Chichén Itzá! Everything was very well organized from the beginning. The transportation was comfortable and on time, which made the trip very smooth and enjoyable.
Chichén Itzá is truly impressive. Seeing El Castillo in person is something you have to experience at least once in your life. Our guide was fantastic and shared so much interesting information about the history and culture of the Mayan civilization. You can really feel the energy and importance of the site.
The entire day was well planned and we had enough time to explore, take pictures, and learn about this incredible place. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico!

An unforgettable cultural experience - Taking this tour was one of the best decisions of the trip. The organization was punctual and the itinerary was well distributed, allowing us to enjoy each activity without feeling rushed. The visit to the archaeological site was impressive. Being there allows you to grasp the historical greatness and the advanced knowledge of this civilization. The explanations given by the guide Emiliano Méndez made the tour dynamic and easy to understand, which greatly enriched the experience. Valladolid was the perfect complement, with a peaceful atmosphere, colorful streets, and enough time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the local food.
I recommend bringing a hat or cap, sunscreen, water, and comfortable shoes, since the weather can be hot and there is quite a bit of walking. It would also be ideal to have a little more free time in Valladolid to enjoy it more calmly. It is a very balanced tour that allows you to experience culture and history in one day without feeling heavy, and I highly recommend it to those visiting Yucatán.

Unforgettable Solo Trip to Chichén Itzá - Traveling solo to Chichén Itzá was an unforgettable experience. Seeing the great pyramid in person for the first time was absolutely breathtaking — no photo does it justice.
Our guide, Carlos Canché, was passionate and attentive, bringing the history of the Mayan civilization to life in a way that made the visit truly meaningful.

Amazing experience! - The tour was very well organized with comfortable, air conditioned transportation. El Castillo is absolutely stunning in person.
Our guide, Carlos Rodriguez, was knowledgeable and passionate, and his explanations made the visit much more meaningful. We also enjoyed free time to explore, a tasty traditional lunch, and a refreshing cenote stop.
Highly recommended!

An epic experience to share with friends - Visiting Chichén Itzá with friends was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we saw the main pyramid, we were amazed by its size and beauty. Walking through the site together, learning about its history, and taking photos at one of Mexico’s most iconic landmarks made the day both meaningful and fun.
Our guide, Jorge Castillo, made the tour engaging and dynamic. He explained the history of the Mayan civilization, the architectural details significance of the structures in a clear and entertaining way that kept everyone interested.
After exploring the archaeological site, the tour included a visit to a cenote where we were able to swim and cool off. It was the perfect way to relax after the heat of the tour, and the refreshing water surrounded by nature made it one of the most enjoyable moments of the day.
As an aspect to improve, the site can feel quite crowded during peak hours, which makes it a bit difficult to take group photos comfortably.
Overall, it was a well organized and highly recommended experience, especially if you’re traveling with friends. Definitely a day we would gladly repeat.

A place full of mysticism that you simply can’t miss. - Visiting Chichén Itzá was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the site transported me back in time to its history, its energy, and the grandeur of the Mayan civilization.
I would like to thank Carlos, “El Tuqui,” who was our tour guide. During the bus ride and all the way to Chichén Itzá, he explained everything about its history. The way he told the stories made the journey much more interesting and enjoyable. By the time we arrived at the archaeological site, everything was exactly as he had described. We were there to see it for ourselves and to admire some of its temples.
Although there wasn’t enough timeto explore the entire site, the time we were given was very well used.

An impressive experience at Chichén Itzá - Visiting Chichén Itzá was one of the best experiences of our trip. I truly loved the entire tour; the site is absolutely impressive and full of history. Our guide, Carlos, was excellent and explained every detail in a clear, engaging, and knowledgeable way, which made the visit even more special.
This was the second tour we took with Cancun Rush Tours, and once again everything was very well organized, which gave us great confidence from the start. You can really tell they pay attention to every detail and care about providing a smooth experience.
Walking among the ancient structures and learning about their meaning was something that genuinely surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this is an experience that is totally worth it and one I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Magical experience in Cancun - My experience on this trip with my friends from CancunRushTour was magical. They took me to Chichen Itza, and the guides are very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. We explored the beautiful cenotes of the region and appreciated the lush vegetation, which, combined with the blue sky, offers a breathtaking view. I also learned about the colonial influence in Valladolid, Yucatan. In the park, there are seats where you can enjoy a good conversation with your partner. Come discover Cancun; you'll love it.

An incredible journey into Mayan culture - I felt amazing visiting my first Wonder of the World, the Kukulkán Pyramid in Chichén Itzá, Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is truly impressive to witness the advanced knowledge and development of the Mayan civilization.
Our tour guide, Omar, showed us how archaeoacoustics works: when you clap in front of the pyramid’s stairway, its stepped design acts as an acoustic reflector. He explained that the sound bounces off each step with millisecond differences, creating constructive interference that transforms the clap into a sharp echo similar to the song of the quetzal, the sacred bird of the Maya, forming what is known as the “Quetzal Tail” effect.
Later, we visited beautiful cenotes, where I was able to swim. The water is very clear and refreshing, and there are safety measures in place both before and after swimming.
The tour also includes a regional buffet, which was absolutely delicious.
One thing I would really like to highlight is that we did not have to make any extra payments for the tour no additional fees, balances, or taxes. Any extra expenses were only for food and drinks not included in the buffet, as well as souvenirs.

A spectacular experience full of history and magic! - The tour to Chichén Itzá was simply incredible. Learning so closely about Mayan culture and history was fascinating, especially the explanation of the ball game and its great cultural and spiritual importance. Understanding the descent of Kukulkán was one of the most impressive moments of the tour.
The guide made everything very dynamic, interesting, and fun, which made the experience even better. Everything was very well organized and the group atmosphere was excellent. Without a doubt, an unforgettable tour that I totally recommend.
