Great experience - Great experience! The bus picked us up at our hotel and from the very beginning the staff was friendly and polite. Eduardo was very knowledgeable throughout the trip , we learned so much from him alone. Roberto was also another tour guide, he was always checking in to make sure we were doing good, overall the trip was well worth every penny. My one only wish was that they could have extended the Cenote part of the trip, an hour there is not enough. We will definitely use this company again for future trips

Great history and culture lesson on excursion where they take care of it all - Our family of four learned so much about Mayan culture and history from our tour guide Hector on this excursion. Pick up ran later than expected so don't be anxious, they are picking up a lot of people from various hotels. Be sure to eat breakfast or pack something to eat because we thought breakfast was included (it is for purchase at the meet up point). Have cash for the conservation fee if you want to avoid the credit card surcharge. We got the drinks package and it was worth it because in July, you'll drink so much water. But even if you don't opt for that package, Oscar will have drinks available for purchase for very reasonable prices! He even lent me an umbrella for the hot walk around the Chichen Itza Archeological site. Our driver Gabriel navigated the tour effortlessly. The cenote was breathtaking and a wonderful chance to cool off after a long day. Be prepared for a half day tour that's worth every penny and more. Lunch at the Mayan Town was very unique and our stone souvenirs were blessed by the Shaman. Highly recommend this for those who want a great education on Mayan history and culture. Everything is taken care of for you.

An exhausting but unmissable and incredible tour! - Family activity. A long and tiring tour, but extraordinary and full of history. The staff was simply adorable and caring. Many thanks to them! Big crush for Valladolid, small authentic village just magical. Muchas gracias para todo!

Reasonable priced trip - Great trip with good guides but prepare for a much longer day than stated - we were out for 15hrs rather than 12 1/2hrs. This was due to over 2 and a half hours being spent picking people up before we even began our excursion. So more time was spent on the bus than at the activities. Fair price for the trip and the staff were very friendly. Despite being advertised as multiple language (and us choosing the English language tour), it was mostly conducted in Spanish so we missed important information throughout the day and didn't get a guide at Chichen Itza. We also didn't have the drink option as advertised eg only one drink at lunch rather than the 2 stated in my booking, and there was an additional 5% service charge if you pay the tax by card, even a debit which is unfair. This fee was only mentioned in a WhatsApp message the evening before the tour and it said it was for credit, NOT debit.

All right Tour! - Very good everything! Guide George a 10, explained everything and the history of the temples. Good food, good transports. Details: food does not include drinks. A lot of time wasted in souvenir fair and chocolate shop. The cenote stops and the little town that I don't remember the name very nice. I think for the price it is very good 👏

- I recommend you take private transportation. Pros: You don't have to wait for people getting dropped off at all of the different hotels. Second, you get dropped off and picked up immediately. Cons: You can only use the bus restroom to urinate. That is it. The tour guide talks too much and very little time to walk around on your own. You do not need a tour guide because every Chichen Itza structure comes with an explanation of its history. I visited Chichen Itza over 20 years ago, and it's NOTHING like now. There are like a thousand vendors on every trail, heckling you to buy their merch. Every table you pass by, they want you to stop and look at their stuff. Oh, and their slogan to get you to see is, "one dollar for you". If you stop and you like something, ask for the price, they will quote you something ridiculous. My son wanted a wooden, handmade mask that initially cost $130.00 but was reduced to $40.00. And if you think, well, that is a reasonable price, WALK AWAY, and the price will go lower. I told one vendor that I had just arrived and needed to look more. The price continued to decrease as I walked away. And if the deal fails, don't worry, because now you are more educated, and there are several more vendors with the same merchandise. I didn't enjoy this visit, as it was constantly interrupted by requests for a purchase. SAD too.

Disorganized and Not Family-Friendly — Would Not Recommend for Kids - We left our hotel at 8:30 AM expecting a smooth, enjoyable tour, but the experience was far from that. We were mistakenly placed on a tour that included two cenotes, but we had only paid for one. No one informed us of this mistake until we arrived at the second cenote and were suddenly told we couldn't enter unless we paid extra. This was frustrating and showed how poorly organized the tour was. I also specifically requested an English-speaking guide, but the entire tour was conducted in Spanish, which made it hard for my kids (ages 6, 8, 12, and 16) to follow or enjoy the experience. The itinerary was extremely unbalanced: We spent hours on the bus. The stop at the Maya store was unnecessarily long and felt more like a sales stop. At Chichén Itzá, we had only about an hour, which felt incredibly rushed for such an important historical site. After leaving the cenote, we drove over an hour to Valladolid, only to be given 20 minutes to explore the town. Overall, this tour was not worth the long bus rides, rushed visits, and poor communication. If you're traveling with children, I highly recommend skipping this group tour and booking a private tour directly to Chichén Itzá. It will be more efficient, far less stressful, and much more enjoyable for everyone.
