A Magical Experience on the Clearboat in Cancun! 🌴🌊 -
This Clearboat ride was absolutely unforgettable! Gliding over the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea in a fully transparent boat felt like floating in a dream. The view beneath our feet was just as stunning as the view around us—vibrant marine life, sparkling waters, and the endless beauty of Cancun’s coastline.
The boat was super clean and comfortable, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their kindness and knowledge. It was relaxing, fun, and perfect for capturing some amazing photos. But they asked me to pay to much for the photos
If you’re looking for something unique and peaceful to do in Cancun, this is it. Highly recommended for all ages whether you’re into nature, photography, or just want to enjoy a new perspective of paradise!

Great experience - Team was very accommodating. Host and captain was very thorough. The experience was wonderful along with the time frame. We went as a family of 4 which included 2 children 10/11. The picture experience was worth the trip.

A Great time - I went on a Clear Boat Tour, and it was an incredible experience! Our tour guide, David, was fantastic.He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. The customer service was top-notch, making sure everything was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Cancun.

Experienced rough waves and no sealife. - Going out to the ocean, the waves were really bumping into boat, husband felt seasick. Turning around going back with the waves, it was a lot better. Reaching the lagoon was really smooth. The crew was fantastic and very considerate. I was disappointed because the sealife went out into the deeper part of the ocean due to the storms. The only fish we saw were the tiny minnows by the dock.

Much Overrated. Focuses more on photoshoot. - We anticipated to see more of coral reefs & some more wildlife of the ocean. The tour Focus was photoshoot on boat of customers & then selling those photo’s after docking. $5 (USD) per person (or $100 pesos) as dock fee was not included in the price. Average tour.

Beware of incorrect posting! - BEWARE of incorrect posting. This is a third party travel agency. The agency that does the tour is not who does the post. The post says departs from Isla Mujeres, that is not true. When we received our voucher it was for a different location. When we arrive to the meeting point , the agency who does the tour said they didn’t have us booked. At the end of it all after some back and forth the actual people who do the tour were able to help us. The travel agency for this post was not helpful at all. We had meshes them the day before asking some questions and never heard from them. You are better off booking with the people who do the clear boat tour directly!

Taxi would have been $120... - Taxi would have been $120 usd from resort
To pickup place, 1 way so total just
To get there and back would’ve been $240 USD. and they would not change us
To a closer pickup. No one was helpful and of course lost the money.

Communication was poor - Took an Uber 40 minutes to get to the tour, arrived with my 1 year old and 4 year old just to be told they were planning on moving our tour out two hours later due to weather. I don't mind the fact that it was for our safety. However, would have been greatly appreciated if I received a phone call, email or text letting us know about the delay. Boo.

Didn’t inform us it was cancelled - We wasted time going to this tour to learn it was cancelled. They said they informed Viator at 7:30 am. They did not let us know. Your was at 10. Not their fault it was canceled but they should have informed us. Still waiting for a refund.
