Great overall - I've been in plenty of tours ranging from Capri, Rome, Venice, Amsterdam, London, etc and honestly this one was pretty good for the price, the length, the driver Jose was good, the student (Mafar), and the tour guide (Lalo) was good. Especially after it rained all day with us.

Very good experience - The places visited are spectacular, from the archaeological reserve to the cenote, and the experience improved 100% thanks to our guide Avelino, who was like an open encyclopedia, explained in a very accessible and entertaining way and was always very attentive. Driver David was also very attentive the whole time. Super recommended!

Alright but could be better - The tour was okay. Pick up was around 7am, the expected pickup time was given a day before only roughly between 6.35-6.45am for me. They picked us from then did check in at Mexican outlet plaza la fiesta. 960 pesos was addition fee to pay for the tickets and conservation fee. The lady charged me 1008 pesos for some reason, no explanation or whatsoever. We spent more time at coba, could’ve been shorter after the tricycle ride. Cenote was so nice and lunch buffet was nice too. You have to pay extra for drinks. Playa del carmen was only 45mins so not enough time to see much. The return journey I’ve been transferred to 3 different transport for me only to get to Costa Mujeres. I accidentally forgot my tripod on the van. The company was unhelpful saying the item is prohibited and most likely lost now :( it was a mixed experience for me.

A brilliant, quick trip for history buffs. - A very comprehensive trip that acts as an Intro to History of this region. No doubt that Mayan civilization was great but some of the claims made by the guide (a really nice guy) was not scientifically or historically accurate. Wish we could have spent more time at Tulum. The final cenote dip was refreshing - wishing it was more than 45 minutes.

Educational but needs to include drinks - This was a very informative tour on the Mayan culture. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and learning about their culture and traditions. The cart ride to the ruin through the jungle was pretty. The Mayan welcome ceremony was interesting. The cenote was very refreshing. We loved that they allowed jumping and had a swing and rope to play on. We could not believe that not a sip of water was offered to us on the tour. It was so hot and we ran out of water quickly. They had a cooler that could have easily taken care of the 9 of us in the van. Most tours take care of their ppl by making sure they're comfortable, such as offering a drink or umbrella for the sun. They don't pick you up at the lobby of the hotel. We had to get a ride to the guard station which was fine, but then we waited there in the sun for 20 minutes, not ideal. In Coba they tell you that you can walk to the ruins or rent a cart (man pushing you on a bike) or your own bike. You don't really have the choice to walk because if we had walked, we would've run out of time and wouldn't have heard any of the info about the ruins. So be prepared to pay $11 usd for 2 people to ride and they only take cash. The buffet was very small and not good. The beans and potatoes were flavorless. No fruit, very few options for picky eaters and vegetarians. They don't include any drinks here either, not even water. For some reason we assumed that meant alcoholic drinks weren't included but assumed water would be. So if you're doing this tour, bring lots of water and not in plastic bottles, Tulum doesn't allow plastic. Be prepared to spend $ for a ride at Coba.

Deceptive price, you spend at least 50 usd more. Beautiful places - The places are amazing, tulum is wonderful, but our guide did not give us much information about what we were seeing. Toba is gigantic, an hour is not enough for anything, if you are interested in archaeology, history or architecture I recommend that you look for something more complete. It is TOTALLY NECESSARY to rent a bike or some means to reach the main area because on foot you do not reach having only an hour, I could not see it, all my fellow tour members rented and I was alone, without guide, I was confused on the way and felt afraid to get lost, as it is a wide area surrounded by jungle. The cenote does not include a lifeguard. Nowhere does he say he includes it but neither does he. Paying the cost of entering jahuar park is mandatory. In the end I got 1000 Mexicans (52) dollars more and did not buy to take or rent a vehicle. It's beautiful. Recommended to know these places

Not worth it! Find a tour with confirmed English guide - They would not let me cancel and stuck me in Spanish speaking tour! Thankfully I met another traveller who was willing to translate. They did not set the end time properly and we were running late by more than an 1hr. They seem to care only for the folks who took the all inclusive option
