Review from Steve aka Superman - I went three times first time I was nervous I didn't know what to expect I'm a little older and it's usually younger crowd so I kind of sat in the corner for a little while and then the bar girls are kind of forced me to go have fun and enjoy myself and they're like party have a good time and I did and once I got into my groove by the third time every single server every single bartender even the people in the bathroom they all knew my name and they're all very great people it's amazing staff well I love the best is the one girl convinced me to do the bar challenge I thought I had in the bag it looks easier than it looks I almost made it I was like 25 seconds left on the clock so when I come back I'm going to work out and I'm going to win cuz I don't like to lose. But the experience was fun they video taped it for me and it's a $30 challenge but they give you the duck which is I think like 30 bucks anyways so they basically give you free chance with purchase of duck but if you do it you get a lot of really cool prizes and I'm pretty sure you get like a free pass back . The one thing that made me come back to the place was that I was having issue with my card so I had to transfer funds to my other card so all I could do was buy the ticket online but I didn't have any cash so for two days I came and I told him hey I don't have any tip money but you know I want to have a good time and please take care of me. Not knowing if I would come back they still treat me with so much love and gratitude and kindness they constantly hey what do you need what you need they didn't treat me like I was invisible so when I came back with their tips they were so grateful that they all each gave me a shot. And that's what made me come back the third time for my last day in Cancun I celebrated with with the whole staff from the boss to bartenders to the bathroom attendance everybody is very very professional and it's all about making sure that you have fun while you're at home and that aspect thing out there every single day is a little different this never the same routine they always change it up they always have some kind of competition game whatever. Shout out to my bar girls they will come up to you and they will challenge you to play tic tac toe you don't have to do it but it's fun it's part of your experience so I recommend trying it once but I am warning you these girls play this game every single day so if you are a bad loser or can't use the rain and don't know how to play tic tac toe do not play them cuz they will be you but if you think you can be at the house is a fun thing to do and everybody gets a shot 😊 final thing to say after my first time something happened to my hand and I like pulled the muscle in my finger and it swelled up and it was really really bad so when I came in I talked to my server and that's some price they're very helpful normally you have to buy a table but because I was very kind and the first time in I was very grateful so I had a good relationship already and they allowed me to have a table in the corner for free if somebody need it I would have to move but because of my hand they let me have the table so I had a free table the entire day they gave me medicine for the pain 3 days later my hand was completely back to normal and I can move it 100% and that's why I decided you know what I'm going to I'm going to put the $30 down and go for the challenge so after hurting my hand and let me heal for 3 days I lasted 75 seconds on 100 second challenge! And because I made it look easy like five six other people took the challenge right after me and I'm happy to say I outlasted everybody ! So shout out to the staff you know who I am thank you for everything every time I'm in Cancun you are my first stop every time!!!!

Amazing party - Amazing party , good entertainment, food was delicious, workers was amazing , fun I would definitely recommend to come when visit

Great pool party and nice atmosphere!!! - I didn’t know what to expect of this pool party but it didn’t disappoint. Great service from everyone specially Alex or waiter! The food was ok but overall everything was great! We’re would go again next time we’re in town.

Super fun! - Great experience, great staff, & beautiful view! My friends and I had a wonderful time. Definitely something I would love to do again!

Coco Bongo Premium Pass Review - Waste of money and super boring! Definitely was not the vibe advertised in the pictures and some videos we saw online. We paid for the premium pass. We were seated on the second floor where no guests were. There were vacant seats downstairs however they sat us away from the crowd. Everyone was standing around minus a few people who were in the pool. The only thing nice I have to say about my experience is our server was great! Outside of the beach club when you arrive there are people in costumes standing around scamming people after you take a picture with them so beware of that as well!

Pay at the door this is a waste of money - This was the worst it’s a waste of money. We paid $135 each person and when we got there other people had only paid $50 at the door. They claimed that we would have a place to sit. We did not have a place to sit. We’d have to pay an additional amount of money if we wanted a table. So for what they were offering us for the $135 the people are paying $50 at the door. They did eventually seat us upstairs away from everyone where nobody else was Not even Staff. Horrible experience staff did not care.
