Handicap passeenger was humiliated! - I mentioned on my reservation that I was traveling with a handicap person. The can arrived on time but it did not have ramp!!! It was imposiible for her to get in. They had to figure out how to park to help her board. It was very humiliating experience for her because they forced her to try the normal way when we knew she could not get it!! I was furious!!!
